I'd get tired just opening and smelling inside each jar. :cheesygrinsmiley: My burping routine.

Great job with one of the most challenging grows I've ever seen.

A stoners winter pantry. :yummy:
Thanks Stinker. :thanks:
Completely different from my usual indoor perpetual method.
Couple little bumps nothing we didn't overcome together.
Thanks to the help from everyone who dropped in.
I still have a ton of work to do here though.
I'm going to recap my potting technique and then give it it's own thread.
Here first though.
Plus I want to chronicle a few things and recap each girl with what I saved if I have time.
Oh yeah and finish the new room before it snows and stays.
I'll get it done I'm sure. :thumb:
Nice to see you my friend.
Have a great evening. :ciao:

heya friend, and thanks for the kind words,,

old school hash method indeed,

'''

i used bubble bags,, only the 73 and 25 micron bags,, i did three and four passes thru the mix, and noticed the third pass was near the most productive so i did a fourth as well,, still produced a bit
a bit of a twist,, i did not remove the 25 bag till i was all done the three or four passes with the 73,, all in 5 gal pails, kicking the sides of the bucket while mixing , (saw the kicking in a vid and thot it a useful addition). lots of mixing and allowing to settle in between,, lots of water and ice
and some snow too,, ha
scrape the wet mix out to a fine screen to squeeze the water out a bit,, then crushed thru a sifter/grater thingy onto cardboard,, that breaks it into fine chunks,, which can be left as is or warmed up a bit and rolled or pressed
like i mentioned, the fine chunky stuff goes real nice into my volcano bowl,, mixed with some flower
so interesting to look close thru a scope and see the zillions of tiny balls, all huggin each other,, me missus was fascinated.''''

any q's i can answer pls ask away,,

bill, another shack name,, this one has a cpl interesting features,,

first,, it has a game attached to it,, a win already in my books,,

it's kinda a tongue twister so one sees how many tokes/beers it takes to screw up the name,, haha,, fun,,

and,, even better,, the missus will love the name and even buy the sign for you,, i bet

'the she said shed'
I have used a 220, 120, 73 and 25. I use the smaller bags though. The 220 takes a shit-load of time to drain. I use a teflon spatula to press that 1. Big yield this year thanks to all the help received from @420Magazine members so I may just buy the bigger bags. I litterally quadrupled my yield using quadlining and @Bill284 soil method.
I also don't remove the 25 bag till the last run.

So you don't use the 120... Do you find it a waste of time vs. quality?

My best yields are when it gets really cold outside. Canadian eh. lol I use a bread mixer, put the stainless steel bowl outside along with the mixer and pot. Use a rubber mallet to crush the ice fine, otherwise, the mixer will spew the ice out of the bowl. I cover the bread mixer with a dish towel and let it do it's thing for 20 minutes. Then I pour it into bags and start mixing and straining. 1 1/2 ounces gives me 12-13 grams of hash.

Thanks Nivek. Awaiting opinion on the bags. Should I dump the 220 and 120?

Cheers, bro!

Hey Bill!

I'm pretty rough this week to be honest. But most of my plants are harvested, with one auto remaining:yahoo:.
Yeah it's time to get ready, winter is coming ;).

Ceiling is finished.
Couple spots on the walls left.
I think I have enough.
I might have an old door I can frame in for now.
I'll find out tomorrow if it's any good.
My apologies for missing your harvest. :Namaste:
:sorry:

Yeah I don't have enough jars.. for the tent grow yes.. the outside goes into bread bags, paper ones with a bit of a waxy lining, those transpire slow and work well
Wanna get to a point where all the outside gets transformed to hash and the inside is enough to have nice buds throughout the year.

I know you're racing against snow and cold. Now you can shut the door behind you when you go in! :)
