SMALL UPDATE

today not much going on, I’ve been really busy this weekend so I’m lucky I got to do what I’ve done with the grow.

She seems to be bouncing back from the transplant and the one main that I bike sees to be recovering nicely, I was a little worried when it broke it. But I think the worst is over.

Sorry for the burpple picture lady’s and gents, like I said I was lucky to get the time in that I have.

She’s filling back in from the defoliation

With this new led set up I am running I am finding it hella lot easier to maintain my optimal temps and Rh it really has been a game changer for me.

This is a little smd led I salvaged from a light just gonna put it with a clone and see if it’s worth using in my pc grow box project I am going to do , or maybe it will be a good light for over my humidity dome for clones and starting seeds

It has a veg and a bloom switch and is passively cooled, but it only uses 25 watts and I have no pr meters so I’m doing a test with one of the mint choc OG clones

Anyway thanks for your time lady’s and gents
Have a great day and as always happy growing

UPDATE-2x2x5’3 ( the punisher)

so today I think it’s safe to say she is bouncing back from the transplant/defoliation/me dropping the light on her which was such a stupid move on my part , whenever I’m am messing around with a light I am going to move the plants underneath before hand.

The canopy is starting to look nice again :yahoo:
FCF0484A-8A9C-4766-8420-905F0A1CF5CA.jpeg

She’s still got a relatively even canopy still

our temps are sitting at 24 degrees Celsius and a relative humidity of 58% which is something I couldn’t achieve with my old setup, so I think the plants are a lot happier with this new set up,

The punisher emblem I got for a dodge truck decided to put it in the tent

Everything’s going pretty good now
Real happy with how things are going

:meatballs:

Looking good in the tent,Dean-She looks totally recovered from "the incident":)
Nice pile o' goodies from @Kingjoe83 ...That heat mat looks just like a waterbed heater...
The punisher emblem reminds me of my "midlife crisis" Corvette that I had about ten years ago...

Hey bud

Glad to have helped you out . Pay it forward when you see another man down on luck .

What I was taught here , sharing is caring . Now grow those beast out!

Big changes in the “punisher” (my grow tent)

so today I decided to start tying the branches down and I took clones , branches I thought wouldn’t keel up to the rest , there were 3 of them.

I also removed some lower growth and did some minor defoliation.

Just a little thing I was pretty proud about, I was always using ph drops to check my ph and I thought I was in between 6.5 and 6.5 that’s what I always water at, and when I tested my ph with a digital ph pen I was at A ph of 6.8 . So atleast ive been getting something right

I also hung up my mars hydro 144 reflector and a mars 300 , I used a lux meter that’s comparable with led specifically burble ones, and I got my lux into the 25000 range. I’ve been doing some reaseach they say veg can go up to 45000 does anyone have any knowledge of this , I got some new toys and want to learn how to use it to get results in the garden. But I set it to 25000 and want the plants to adjust to the increase in light intensity,

I think she’s gonna be happy with more room and better airflow , and now with a higher light intensity I can’t wait to see what happens next , I would like to start flower in the next couple weeks or so

790D22D5-B345-4E46-8D3C-98CF6B5E002A.jpeg
I can’t believe how much rooms she’s taking jo now
F5D8067D-D78A-43BE-8AE8-CECF27F6267A.jpeg
I just used rubber coated garden wire from the local dollar w
Store and bamboo clothes pins to tie down to the smart pot , the bamboo is a lot stronger
0DE9CB66-D0E7-42F0-9B8C-974A57083F07.jpeg
So I set the one light up and took readings with the lux meter along all canopy’s and decided it wasn’t enough light for wall to wall coverage
E4560CC3-9DF5-4B93-AC47-7F3E4B413112.jpeg
I added the second light , and I lowered the lights until I got 25,000 ish lux readings , now I just started to read and research about proper levels of lux for canabis

He’s a picture of the tent with the new lights in it

These guys won’t be struggling for light anymore yay

Thank you for checking out my update and I am trying to improve on keeping more up to date stuff , if you have any information for me or have any question please show some love ,

I hope you all enjoyed this as much as I do, have a good day and as always
Happy growing friends

No problem,Dean,I'm just glad it went back together so well-The wind blew a
branch off of my outside plant, but there was no saving it-it was laying on the ground
about a foot and a half from the plant...no amount of zip ties or ductape can bring
them back from that...
When that plant of yours fills back in,she's gonna be a monster!

Grow update- not a whole lot going on today, but with they new light meter I have optimized the amount of light going the canopy , again thanks @Kingjoe83 for all your help.

All my plants seem to be really responding really well to they new increase in light intensity.
I opened the tent to see a noticeable amount of new growth, on all of the plants but the mint chocolate OG,

Temps are around 26 degrees and R/H is about 50% which isn’t bad for my place .
:yahoo:

So everything looks really nice today I am super happy , things are getting dry so I watered at a ph of 6.7 just to change things up , I’ll work my way down to 6.5 ish then work it back up , I’m not watering until I get run off yet until I know the roots have taken the space from the transplant

But I really love this new light, and I am noticing a difference in just one day.

As you can see she has filled back in nicely I was shocked to see how much new growth there was today , so happy

R/H and temps are nice today

Here’s a little canopy shot from the canopy to the light , looks nice

So that’s all I have for today , needless to say I am very happy with everything and this new lux meter, has made it so I can get the same amount of light all around.
- I have a few plants started in the old space bucket, I am still planning my next journal that I am going to do in the space bucket: I am going to give a full breakdown in the space bucket build and also my d I y carbon filter, and I am going to do a full grow start to finish in it , I am going to get that started soon as possible and hopefully I plan it out so I don’t have to put it in a bigger place , but all the details will be announced st s later time, but I will be finishing in the bucket , now I have sativa clones and indica clones which do you think I should use

I will pull the girl out this weekend and take some real nice photos.
Anyways thanks for stopping by and showing me some love, I wouldn’t be doing this if it wasn’t for all of you fine people , have a great week until next time ... happy growing folks :meatballs:

Awesome job!!

Dude that is going to take off ✊

I’ll text ya you back tomorrow

Hey!! do you think there needs to be more hrs in the day ?

GROW UPDATE -

:welcome:

hey everyone I just want to apologize for my lack of updates, life is just so busy with such little to do. I didn’t get any time this week to spend on the grow until Saturday , all I was doing was watering dechlorinated water ph’d @6.5-6.8 all week.

So it’s safe to say she has fully bounced back from transplanting and my accident of dropping my led light on her. I am very happy with how things are going

I added un sulphured molasses to my water and oh’d @ 6.8 today just to boost/ feed microbial life .

8C28C374-012F-4CD6-9640-80A19F7FAFF3.jpeg

I started bending branches down to widen out the canopy , and I got rid of a lot of lower small growth,
DC9A391B-93C0-4D46-AF54-08D54B0F2362.jpeg
She looks really nice, so impressed with the gaja green line of amendments
CBE6DF11-8368-49A2-A2A7-6A45C70A58AA.jpeg
I started defoliation on this sexy girl
21B9D9D1-2D7B-47C0-AFD8-2DBA727D3B03.jpeg
she looks really rough after and your probably thinking I did something stupid but this plant really responds well and seems to put growth into hyperdrive after defoliation

CF505A91-B925-4ABD-AD3B-C082982E280C.jpeg

Now I can really see what’s going on and can position things better to optimize light pen and coverage
1DFB783A-AC32-480A-8647-67B96C8EBA44.jpeg
After all said and done she looks really nice

F19DD2EB-E991-46E3-88D1-C790BC4CA7DE.jpeg

So I will update photos tonight just to show you how fast she bounced back from defoliation, it’s one of the best tricks I have learned with growing , and it really keeps my node spacing really tight , when I let it grow in things seem to stretch more when lower stuff isn’t getting enough light penetrating the canopy ,

I have also lowered my light and were sitting around 33000 lux and she is loving every bit of it

She is a monster and I can’t wait to see what glowing brings , thanks for taking the time to reading my journal
I hope your enjoying it as much as I am and also learning as much as I am along the way , I hope everyone has a wonderful day , and as always

Happy growing growmies

It's like a bad haircut-looks like hell right at first, but it grows back soon enough....
She's actually looking good-nice even canopy, lots of tops...another couple of weeks, and she's not going to fit through the door...
Looks like she's close to 3 feet wide now?

@carcass yes brother it’s in a 2x4 so it’s atkeast 2’x2 ‘squares, but I will be installing trellis before flower so I will lay the plant right out hopefully I can fill 75% of the trellis up and the remaining spot will be for a few clones going right to 12/12 ( possibly I wish I had more room) she’s getting big man , I just ordered a new ax infinity t4 in-line fan with thermostats and humidity control so the fan speeds up and slows down to maintain a certain temp and r/h so I am very excited to get it , I will hook up my new mountain air carbon filter and theni will switch to flower ,I will be running a few other plants as well but I have to take clones off the black dog , and 3 blue kings before flower, my wife got mad at me and said I had to get rid of a bunch I am o lot allowed 4 and I had 16 including clones so I have to figure out what I must have and the rest will be given away or put outside somewhere. But this has been a long veg time and I am ready to flower. I wish the laws were different I wish I could cut up 1 plant space it out and run the clones from 12/12 and I’d probably get the same yields but with 60 days less in veg , it’s the long turn over time that kills me, but I need to get a veg tent so I can just pop a new plant into flower every 30 days or so , I want to have a steady supply and be able to harvest a plant every 30ish days. But I have spent my budget so until I round up some extra cash flow this is how it’s going to have to be

I should just use the space bucket for begging plants .

Anyway thanks for stopping by cass , I really appreciate the positive feedback brother. Hope all is going smooth brotherman
