Group Grow - Autos Only - Seeds Must Be In Soil By The 25/07/2017 Latest

Got any pics? I suggest not using lots of water when watering, might stunt your autos
OMG! I could not believe how much my last autos changed by letting that soil dry out a bit. I expected the opposite. I swear, it felt like the soil was dry as the Sahara but those leaves would be pointed straight up to grab light. Never showed signs of underwatering. This is so true! I'm being much more conservative with water on this grow.

Been growing autos nearly 5 years lol. I only use half a cup every time every other day. Gives the roots a chance to do their work and search for water
Yeah, I was giving about a liter of water twice a week (once w/nutrients, once without). This turned out to be too much. I cut down to just a (1 liter) nutrient/water once a week.

After I figured out the water issue, my wife used to joke that I was feeding the plants Viagra as a nutrient because they stood tall & proud once they weren't drenched all the time.

I don't over water, I learned that lesson about 30 years ago. I will try to get a couple of pics later. They are in with some photos, those I am familiar with. I will explain a little better when I have more time. Chat at ya asap.

That's pretty a sweet little grow shack you have, Preston. Did you insulate the grow area and put in a small ac?
Not at first... LoL, that's how I jacked up my first grow. Live and learn. It now has full insulation, 8" exhaust fan, 20" box fan, and 5000 BTU A/C. Temp stays around mid 70's now consistently. Biggest spike in temp I've had lately was up to 83°. I'm pretty stoked with how it turned out.
Wish I didn't have to hide my grow though. I have 12 acres of good land and would love to set up a real nice (big) indoor growing area or greenhouse. I'm just happy to be growing though. My grow room is about 3' deep by 8' wide. If I pick up another light I could definitely load that little shed with plants.

Got the Exo from a buddy of mine .. Not sure how long it took ! He doesn't really take note of how long plants take , just grows them until they ready haha.. So doesn't even help asking. Just Google "strain review Exodus cheese" and you should get an idea

Hehe, don't most of us? If only we could all grow out in the open...

When I planted the seeds I gave them each a name and wrote it down on the pot in order to keep track of each one: Darkside, Gator, Middle Child, Song Sparrow (and one I gave away, Scarface)
This is Song Sparrow, looking a bit warped.. they're all suffering a bit from waterlogged soil right now as well, putting a fan directly on the soil hasn't seem to help in the past 24 hours. Any ideas or should I just wait it out?

The Pergo sub-floor insulation on the walls was left over from a job I did. I thought the reflective surface would work great. Turns out it is awesome as a reflector, but also insulates enough to keep my A/C in where it belongs. I just finished wrapping the whole inside with it. Super impressed!
If I remember correctly, it was stupid expensive though. Not economical for sheeting an entire grow room unless it was left over from a construction project.
None-the-less, I would totally recommend it for someone having similar temp issues. Then again, I'm sure there aren't too many people crazy enough to try taming the temperature of a tin-roofed barn in TX. LoL
But it's a dry heat :)... in sc, we almost swim through the hot, humid air. Do you grow in the winter? I was in TX one Jan and never been so cold in my life.

I accidentally over watered one of my plants i put it in the garage and turned the heater on full blast for an hour or two. Worked great. The high heat really dried some of the soil. I had put my plant next to the window where it wasnt in front of the heater so i wouldnt heat stress it. I mimicked the hot weather lol

Ok folks a couple of pics of my autos. I know they are under hps lights so the color is crappy but I don't have time to move them right now, next week when I slow down a bit I will post better pics and dates. Also the 4 autos are in with. Photos right now.

They are very good about bunk seeds. Just contact them and explain. Shit, the only reason I stopped ordering from CKS was the small selection of autos. My current grow is their Early Miss auto-fem.
