Group Grow - Autos Only - Seeds Must Be In Soil By The 25/07/2017 Latest

I had just a few drops of an organic seaweed product I use occasionally as a supplement, so I got a cup with ~six ounces of water and poured the water back and forth to get the stuff into the water. I did this so I could pour a little bit into the cup of water that contains the Cream Caramel Auto seed and so I could pour the rest into a 18-ounce cup of soil that I have a small, young (only just officially no longer a seedling) Blueberry x White Widow cross growing in. The Bb×WW was on the floor, under other plants, so it was light starved and laying down until a week or two ago. It's standing up now and has already improved from being placed in a slightly better location (and on top of a milk crate). I think it's a phototropic plant, so not useful here, lol, but I'm happy that it (she, I hope, because if it's a male I might decide that I have to figure out a place to flower it ;) ) has perked up substantially. Odds favor it being a male, but I'm crossing my fingers.

Anyway, I think I saw a tiny little rootlet trying to come out of the CCA's seed case! I won't be able to check it again for three or four hours, but if it looks like it might live, I'm planting it tonight. Have to do some thinking and juggling of containers. Will have a few plants that, realistically, will all be screaming for the largest one I can put them in, so I have no idea which one it'll go into.

It'll be getting 18/6 light schedule unless I rig up a CFL or two, and I'd rather not do that. So probably beside the juvenile Bb×WW on the milk crate.

I'm just gonna be stoked if I get a plant taller than 10" after the Early Miss debacle. LoL... Live and learn.

I know the feeling, and it's the best one to have, IMHO. Anything beats nothing. And an improvement on your last round more than likely means you've learned something in the process - and that's always a good thing.

It also means you've got the air conditioner now, lol. If I was there, I'd be arguing for cutting away a portion of the floor and digging down enough to get the container tops at or slightly below the floor level. That way you could keep the root zone a little cooler than the rest of your grow space (cooler air sinking and all). Be a big hole to dig, though <SHUDDERS> .

I'm just hoping at least one of my plants will be female.

If all 4 are female might need to pass 2 along to an acquaintance, don't have an awful lot of space.

But hang in there, a lot can change quickly. I snapped my sprout's stem on previous grow before it even had a node.. my best flowering plant right now. Recovered beautifully

Sometimes that stress is like steroids on plants.

Theres a slight discoloration on my leaves. My last runt had the same exact thing going on. That runt didnt turn out too promising but rather short and flimsy. We'll see

This will also be my first time topping a plant. Hence the reason I'm doing twice as many plants as I usually do (in case I murder a poor innocent auto). Training cannabis is completely new to me, but I've watched every damn video I can... I'll be looking to you guys along the way too.

If it makes you feel any better .. The 1 auto (tangerine) that's in the same box as the criticals is also a runt .. My mamba which is the same age is outgrowing it big time

If you have two that display the same phenotype, you might try topping one and encouraging the other to branch out by tying the top down for a while. See which one gives you the best result (or which one you like better).

What kind of medium u in bro?
Soil grow... Organic potting mix, bone meal, perlite and worm castings. Starting in 1 gal mesh pots and finishing in 3-5 gal mesh pots (depending on size). Nutrients are all Advanced Nutrients; Micro, Grow, Bloom, and Bud Candy.

Sounds allot like my mix Preston .. Nice1 ! Organics the way forward
Thinking about trying the "Big Bud" nute from Advanced too, but I'm not sure about adding more & more nutrients. How much does it help? Have you ever used Big Bud? Necessary? I see some growers using many different nutrients, like 6, 7, 8.... Different nutrients. Holy cow... I'd get confused.

I don't like using lots of nutes and try stay strictly organic .. So all I use is Nitrosol and cal mag (obviously I'll use other stuff to feed the plants if their are deficiencies). Iv had great success with it and know many other organic growers who feed in the same way !
All I do is give the plant different dosages , so I start off with half dose for veg , full dose for beggining of flower and then 1.5 doses in the middle of flower. My water dosage also becomes more the stronger the feed.

Hope that helps

Got any pics? I suggest not using lots of water when watering, might stunt your autos
