Graytail's 3rd: 4x4, HiBrix, Latest LED Tech, Lots Of Light!

:thanks: Thanks everybody! :kisstwo:

I trimmed up Rio1 today and I think she came in kinda light - the whiteflies really mobbed her and it took some toll. Rats. She was such a pretty thing for awhile there. But I already have a couple z's in jars and another plant in veg, so another ounce one way or the other doesn't matter that much. I'll know in three days. :slide:

The pics aren't that great ...

Always such a pleasure catching up on your thread, GT. Beautiful plants! Feel fortunate I haven't had the whiteflys yet (knock on wood), I'm battling HIGH humidity issues, like botrytis...

Quick (out of the loop, feeling dumb) Q: What is "WayAhead"? Does anyone have a link?

Thanks! And I don't have to deal with mold. The worst I had was a touch of PM that was easy to kill. :cheesygrinsmiley:

WayAhead10X is a new formulation that Doc is still testing, meant to help with mid-bloom fade. It's added to a DeStress or Brix foliar. I haven't tried it yet, but Taskenti appears to be a likely candidate, so I'll give it a shot and see what happens. You're not the only one out of the loop. :cheesygrinsmiley: It's still in beta, so it's not being promoted much.

oh god that makes me drool hard

sticky ichy ichy for sure GT :)

As briefly mentioned in my thread, the WOS Colombian Gold(CG) is now INC into some special strains :)
BH x BB x CG ;) Blue Buddha Gold

I forgot to respond to this. That could be a very nice cross! Blueberry/OG x Brazilian x Afghan/Hawaiian/Laos/Jamaican x Colombian? :laughtwo: I'd smoke that!! :blunt:

GT, You might one day in the future :blunt:
Add some African And Panama(+) you will have The Blue World ;)
I have now Carnival x Cotton Candy x Colombian. :)
Which is great to test the fertilized version vs sensi version :)

Congrats on the Rio1 chop Gray.

You may think the pictures weren't great but they probably made more than me droll. :laughtwo:

Congrats on the harvest. Who's up next?

Smoke that!

:yummy:

Cant wait to try my first, chopped my leafy one some days ago and looks much more and better than expected.

Heheh, yep, that looks like perfectly acceptable herb. And I agree - incinerate some of those trichs and inhale the fumes. :thumb:

:bongrip:

It's a great high!

I do enjoy passing through here. I love your work. Thankyou for sharing it with us. :passitleft:

And I feel guilty for not watching your garden. You do some great work! Thank you! :Namaste:

Rio1 is dried and jarred and yielded a measly 40 grams, 1.41 ounces, over 154 days = 0.261 grams per day. She's very nice smoke, though - fresh and fragrant, very smooth this time. :bongrip:

Update Monday! :tommy:

LOL, apparently Tikal has no sense of calendar, no time-to-quit trigger. She's in bloom, period, get outta the way, leave 'er alone. We're at 15 weeks now and you can tell that she knows something isn't quite right - colas are getting all funky with the foxtailing and she's starting to show a little color - but she keeps making new calyxes along with some tiny new leaves. I should get a loupe on 'er and see how much amber I have after all this bloom time, but with all that new growth it's gotta be a net plus as long as she keeps this up.

CarnivalB is coming down tomorrow. This will probably be under 2 ounces but it's going to be very good. I stripped all the yoogly fans off today before I took pics, and the aroma from the plucking was delicious. :slide: The clones from this plant are doing especially well in veg. I think I may have hit a perfect zone in their soil - stems are hard and thick - great calcium uptake - great color.

I gave Taskenti a WA/Brix foliar today, so we'll see what happens. She's pale but it hasn't been progressing, so I might be able to green her back up with the right combination of tools. I think she deserves a strong Trans/Tea drench too, next feeding. Nice thick structure - should support a good solid yield. :cheesygrinsmiley:

Grin1 is getting floppy so I set a couple stakes for support. I've really been enjoying this strain and it'll be great to have more in reserve! This is old-school, early-cross weed out of the 70s. You take a great Mexican and cross it with a Chocolate Thai and you end up with this legendary purple weed that gets you high and stoned at the same time - great stuff. Then someone has the great idea to cross it with good old Panama Red. Yum! It's amazing that a contemporary strain has managed to capture the feel of the old simple landraces. This is great weed - I can distinctly feel each of the highs - the thick silly Mexican stone, the soaring focused Thai high, and the sensual Panama Red. And it has a solid punch, no weak "special" herb. Kudos to Barneys!

Rio2 continues to look very nice. I'm impressed with the color and even though she's small, she's pretty darned thick. Early trich production is promising.

Y Griega is another recent harvest that I'm very impressed with. This strain is powerful! This stuff will get you loaded. :thedoubletake: I have a feeling that this is the original cut of Kali Mist 'cause it sure packs a punch! The Skunk from the SSH side expresses as a rubbery scent with a sweet inhale, and there's a very slight dullness to the high. The breeder claims a THC test of 27+% and I think I must have scored that pheno, heheh. I'm no lightweight and a few hits of this will give me pause, as it were :cheesygrinsmiley: ... pipe in hand ... um ... what? ... oh .... yeah ... um ... ok ... yeah, re-light it ... yeah, that's what I was doing. *flick* ...

We're five weeks from chop.

Chan1 is a lovely plant - everything has gone well with this one. The cut rooted extremely quickly, the clone thrived, the training turn out beautifully, she's green and healthy ... just ideal so far. You gotta run this great strain, folks, it's a winner.

Freddy's Best has found her zone apparently. I'm still doing a little training, but it's nice and thick already and I can sort of feel the vigor in it by the way the stems are responding. This could go well. :slide:

I was going to flip CarnA1 this week but I'm going to veg 'er yet another week. I have six tops but it still seems small to me and I'd really like to get a big yield out of this one since I lost the cuts from it. I still have more seeds, and I have clones from CarnB, but I know this is a good pheno.

It was watering day for the CarnBs so they're a little limp, but they're doing very very well! They won't be far behind CarnA1.
