The tomato cages .... I've seen that utilized well in a couple journals. Interesting way to get support. Your wild child could have used one, eh?

. . .
I'm gonna use hollow poles for the posts, too, so I can drop rods, or even tomato cage legs, into them for built-in supports.
LOL, I actually fell asleep last night thinking about how to cut 'em and sew 'em. Do I use lap seams? Zigzag or handsewn? . . .
Weird .. I was thinking of something along the same lines. Well first I was looking around for tall laboratory ring stands. I think they'd be very handy in the tent. Then, I was thinking of just building some pots how I want them, and building some rods into the corners (I was thinking rebar, but something lighter would be better).
Then I catch up on threads and here you are designing something similar.
Cheers!
I was thinking staples and duct tape.
I took some pics of the Orange Hill Special harvest ...
I was impressed with the way this plant turned out. I got a dozen or so compact well-filled branches, each with a nice fat pointed cola - good firm buddage, jus' the way we like 'em. I don't have yield yet and I still haven't tasted it, but it was a very nice plant to grow and a snap to groom.
Wow Graytail. Double the root space. Heaps more light. In essentially the same footprint. You're going to have to train yourself to train them longer, don't you think? Get them bigger before flip?
Well I think you're on to something. I'll be excited to watch you pull it off in your usual masterful way Graytail. Any ideas on the fabric source?
I was thinking staples and duct tape.
If you use duct tape, let it seal outside the grow room in a lower humidity/moisture area for a day or two before using. Otherwise you will want to use some 3m spray glue as well.
