Hi Granny all are looking good i grew some Fat Bastard auto & they liked nitrogen while small & mine where thin leaved (more on the sativa side) but still a strong indica high as to GDB he grew some FB photos from a different breeder & his was more on the indica side but was great smoke can't wait to see yours grow up

You got it going prefect on lights and such never second guess. Where I make my mistakes. Try keep that 6 inch grow area cause sometimes they grow faster on one than other in phenotypes. One will curl one want type stuff. Hard as hell to judge.

I was just thinking, in the euphoric and utopian mood I’m in, if everyone realized that we could change the world for the better, which I know we can!, we’d be on our way. No matter the ending, we could all be proud of our small contributions which wouldn’t be so small if we all just believed as I do for one ant in the sand

Hey Lady Always great to see you in here when I come in!
It brightens my day!

It was maybe 10-10:15pm and lights go out at midnight, on at 6am. I would love to see that video, a different times aday what they do when you are not looking! I’ve looked in on them often in the evening tho and this was definitely an overwater sag. Their poor leaves were drooped clear to the soil and pots, leaning and laying on them. But they look a whole lot better today, still a bit droopy, but not leaning/laying on the soil. Hopefully the bat poo helps them, making it worth it.

And today about 12 hours later. Easiest to see the difference by comparing the back, second from left girl FB#3.

In the smaller girls only the single FB drooped a little last night. The other 3 BBC just didn’t seem to mind at all. Not repeating last not photo. And here they are today. The lone FB looks all better.

Then, I’m going to once again go inside FB#3. This is the tallest and has been a light green color. I truly think the boost in nitrogen is helping all the light green girls.

I love seeing the under growth.

FUTURE PLANS #quadlining
I’m going to top at the 5th node and attempt to do a mini #quadline to all girls when they reach that point. Just sending out the 4th true leaves on all the older girls now. I will remove the bottom 2 true leaf nodes growth when they are all sending out their 5th leaves. Then wait to top when all have their 5th out. Hope I got that quadline technique right! YeeHaw! LOL
***If not, please speak up and help this ol’ granny who sometimes looses her marbles! Gonna have to get my granddaughter to give me some more!***

I had increased their lights to 60% on the larger and 50% on the smaller. I saw a bit of dry leaf curl on the tips of a couple plants, so I raised the lights to 14” above the plant tops. The Vipar info says 11.5”-16”. This is also what @7Dust2 did in his grow. Click click, clickity click goes the lights!

The larger girls range from 3.5” to 4.75” tall. The shortest of these all have nodes really close together. I have been rotating them all daily, turning them and moving them around under the lights. I’m glad I’m doing 9 of the FBs, so I can see if they have different phenos. They are still young, but the height differences and color differences make me wonder if part of this is just different phenos among them. We will see as they grow, but just noting it here along the journal journey.

Might seem a silly question, but I've never used a grow tent before other than my mushroom grow tent and that is not a "dark" tent. It's a greenhouse basically.

The smell of a fresh rain, the birds chirping happy sounds and playing and taking a baths in the mud puddles. All is good with my world. Hope your days are all peaceful!

Miss Carmen! There is a great #quadlining group going. Superb info there. I see these humongous plants with mostly even tops… oh my, they are gorgeous! Mine will be a mini quad cuz I will only have a 5’x5’ tent to grow all my current girls in. I’d love to see you do one some day on your countertop. It seems these often are kept shorter, but of course the strain makes a difference on height too. Have you ever done this method with a photo?

How are you getting heat out of your Vivosun tent and fresh air in?

Might seem a silly question, but I've never used a grow tent before other than my mushroom grow tent and that is not a "dark" tent. It's a greenhouse basically.

I am pushing in a/c room air in a bottom 6” vent with an in-line fan. I have another 6” vent on the top of the opposite side kinda open to allow air to escape. I will change this to the opposite (pulling air out the top and in the opposite bottom) some time but it’s keeping temp fine at the moment. I have a fan running to circulate air and I just put in a humidifier yesterday, set on 70%. My RH was running mainly in the mid 40s. I got that setting from a chart in the 420 grow info area.

As for heat, with these ViparSpectra lights I am not having any problem with heat. Of course, they are only at 50% and 60%, so only half of the potential currently. My temps stay mainly in the mid to upper 70s, occasionally into the low 80s, with a drop after lights out to low 60s.

I have to do an update just on this tent, later tho.

I think I caught up! So now I’m just gonna kick back with me Lady andALL who wish to join us! I don’t want to steal GDB’s couch that Lady made, but maybe she will make us our own? Pretty pretty please?
