Okay, so everyone should feel better now because the soil was 100% our problem. It was never the teachers, or the student, it was the medium. How did you even get hooked up with this soil, well it doesn't matter now. The soil peeps led you astray, that frustrates me and delights me all at the same time. At least we found the culprit.

If you let Toasty buy you the MC and Coco Mix, you won't need anything else. You will add water and maybe nutes down the road that you already have.

Nope, had no chance at all. I am really pissed... But I'm going to let this slide. Hopefully enough people will come by this thread and will not use them. I'll let you guys hash it out, and reply when needed. Real get something fixed up. Of that I am certain!
 
100% agreed. I've already started in. Vaped some Nitro Cookies about 10 minutes ago. Got some chocolate pie left over from my birthday yesterday, so I'm going to munch, and head to the bed. Talk to you all in the morning. Hope you all sleep well! God bless!
 
If I had a recipe that was just water and sit back and enjoy , I'd find a way to get it to ya but I'm still learning myself sadly gramps everyday I'm on 420 grindin.

Thank you to everyone for the birthday wishes! I can't believe I slipped and mentioned it. Had my favorite dinner prepared by our daughter, and a chocolate pie. I really do prefer pie to cake.

We held our funeral for Jane this morning. Now, I need to start preparing to start the next grow somewhere in the first week of January, I hope. So, have a couple of weeks to get the soil, pots and light ready. I wonder... Would it be some kind of a help if we installed and intake inline fan sometime before the new girls have any kind of size on them? I'm wondering if we can pick up more humidity from the air in the room into the tent. Will also have to get a new humidity meter. I'm just trying to get the humidity up as much as possible. Thanks to Dom we have the clay pellets and soon we'll have the cal-mag.
I think we still have a little figuringt to do on the soil, so if we can discuss that at all of your convenience, that will be great. Thanks in advance, everybody! :namaste:
 
Glad you enjoyed your bday gramps.. rip jane. The new intake fan is a great idea. It should help but not necessary.. my plants have been growing just fine in 30 rh. Air movement is good though they like lots of air flow.

I checked out that build a soil stuff and im not sure which one you have but it looks alright to put at the bottom of the pot with another medium on top. Just scares me to have you use it with what happened with your other plants. Id throw it away after what happened lol.

The ocean forest and coco loco with your nutes will work good on its own.. nice organic goodness there!

Okay, Toasty...the FFOF and the CL. In your opinion, and anybody else's, would you layer the soils or mix them together. I tend to go to the mix it together choice. Also, I can put some of that build a soil on the bottom of the auto and see what happens. That way, we have an example of with and without that stuff. If a plant has to suffer a little bit, then so be it. I have a few more autos, and maybe one or two photo beans left, so I can experiment with the auto.
 
What about a promix organic medium? Hearing great things no feeding autos. Just water and add pk on bloom...
