I don't know how many different times and different methods I have used to quit smoking. Patches, pills, gum, even as far as hypnotism... My problem really is not quitting, it's staying quit. Last time I tried, I bought an e-cig that cost me quite a bit. I still have it, and it might be good for my fixation. .
You see, when I was a teenager, I used cigarettes to cover up the smell of weed, so my hardest and heaviest Cravings come after I have medicated. Add back to the fact I have a lot of willpower... But no won't power, and I am in a vicious circle of quick, restart, quick, restart...
