Yeah gotta let the roots go for a bit before you will see much growth explosion from the actual plant. You are going to truly love growing these plants Gramps, that itself is half the therapy for me. The world seems sane to me when I am with my plants.

Don't wanna get back into politics, but would like to say thank you for your service! My wife is active duty AF.
Regardless of what we think about the NFL protests I think we can all agree MMJ could really benefit the players! As a recovering addict it pains me to see how they just hand out opioids to players, but suspended them for choosing holistic medicine. I know we all have benefited from this wonderful, all natural, medicine and it's about time everyone has the right to it.
And gramps I know the girls may be having a rough time, but if you can apply all you've learned to the cultivation of this photo plant (aka jaws) combined with your optimism and care, there will be no stopping you!!!

I think I read somewhere, where the NFL was looking into it as an alternative to the pain killers they dope their players up on. So many of the players struggle getting off of that shit once they start. Certainly something to be said for it in terms of a painkiller.....I know!
And thanks for the kind words regarding my past life LOL, I appreciate it brother. And hats off to your wife.....my old man and brother are both retired Air Force....or chair force as I affectionately joke with them.

Jaws has her first set of true leaves and has some new ones poking up through the middle. Emma and Elsa are not looking good at all, and Kelley says she has no idea what to tell me about them in more detail. We'll get some pics in a little while and I'll get them up for you. I can feel what appears to be Buds and multiple locations, but I cannot be sure since I have not been doing the feeling thing for long enough to know for sure.

Rhino Rider is an auto form of White Rhino/Medicine Man. Jaws was named in correlation with the strain, which is Shark Shock CBD.

Thats life in general.....you always learn more failing than succeeding. When you fail, you generally learn what you did wrong, improve and try again. If you get lucky and succeed or win, you aren't really sure what exactly it was that you did right.
I learn far more messing up than I ever do getting something right. Applicable to growing too. When you do something that negatively affects your plants, you learn that.....and then you go out of your way to never do that again and you learn what you have to do to fix it....so you learn even more!

It looks like the water bowl and towel are certainly helping the humidity. Stupid question...Jaws has no condensation around the inside top of her cup, but the soil feels like it's still moist about 1/3 of the way down to the bottom of the cup. She's showing no signs of wilting, so I'm thinking, hold off on the water at least another day. My thought is that will help get her Roots stretching. Yes? No? If no, why do you think so? I asked for info and details as I am going into fresh territory here. Since she is not an auto, I would like to learn as much as I can from her, and of course, all of you. .

I think your on the right track gramps! I've been hearing more and more about bottom feeding. I guess you just place the cup in a larger cup with some water and the roots and soil wick up the water they need. I'm not necessarily suggesting you try that just yet but I know it helps reduce pests because the tip layer of dirt stays relatively dry! I still think the wet dry cycle has a lot to offer and watering to runoff helps rinse away any excess salts excreted by jaws. So I'd say you are right on track! Maybe I can find you some more info on the subject or others can offer their thoughts on it.
