Grand Daddy Black Grows A Stack

That's best case scenario from plants grown in an ideal controlled environment, so don't be surprised or disappointed if yours test lower. Of course, folks get plenty high from 15% weed as well. :)
Is their a cheap way to test it? Maybe my buddy @Mycelium Farmer Has a test kit I'll send him a sample 🎒

COA/ results cost on average $500 for me per :/
Don’t think I have the tech to do an accurate test.
I would test every pheno hunt plant if it were efficient for me to do so

Sorry gdb about taking up a page haha 😄 hopefully you don't mind to much. Love your grow buddy ❤️
Hell yeah, I mind @StarkRaven! I couldn't get a word in!

I jest.

Of course I don't mind all all. It was an interesting discussion, but one that I could not take part in. I doubt that I would pay 2 cents to get a plant tested. I pretty much just smoke 'em and that's my test!

I get folks who want/need to know the specifics though.

The smoke test is the best test I think your right who cares about the numbers if it does it's job. I'd just like to know how well I did 😆

Wha? How "poorly" does the drying and curing need to be (too long, too slow, too short, too wet)?
If you dry and cure in higher heat and direct sunlight (or bright light generally if outside isn't an option) the THC will break down faster than it does under our normal methods (where preserving THC is the goal). Combine that with as late a harvest as you can manage and you should end up with some serious body-lock meds.
All of the above?
LOL!

THC will degrade to CBN or do you need a CBD-heavy strain that degrades to CBN?

Hello grow gang.

Well, I never spoke it but what I suspected would happen was confirmed this morning.

Stella is done. She's got bud rot everywhere.

She just couldn't survive the constant rains. I was unable to mitigate. I shook her daily, hoping to keep her relatively dry, but that effort failed miserably. The rain has been unrelenting over the past few weeks. And when it wasn't raining, for the most part, it remained cloudy -- no nice warm sun shone to assist me in keeping her dry. When I went to check on her this morning, I fully intended to bring her in the house to finish her in my 5x5 tent. Alas, I waited too long to make that move.

A disappointment yes, but this was a great learning experience!

You guys who grow outdoors are daredevils, IMO. There are so many things that can cause outdoor grows to go south!

I'm not sad. I'm more determined!

Going into this, my primary concern about growing outdoors was bugs. I found out I can handle keeping the bugs at bay. When I try my next outdoor grow I won't be nearly as concerned about them. But I'll be even more concerned about the weather!

It seems that so many of my posts of late are not positive. I don't like that fact, but it's "truth in reporting," which I believe is important.

So let me show you a friend's plant.

I gave one of my buddies a Cap Junky seed and he grew it in his backyard. About 10 days ago, citing all the rain we were getting, he moved the plant inside to finish it in a grow tent. This is a pic he sent me yesterday.

Wish I had moved mine inside sooner!

Thanks for looking in.

Sorry about Stella atleast you got your feet wet trying a outdoor grow & i'm sure next summers attempt will work out better for you, your buddys plant looks good

Well, hell..sorry about Stella..she held off on the rot for awhile, but all that moisture was just too much...
2 foggy nights and 2 sunless days managed to ruin about half of my Somango, even though all the other days were sunny and in the 80's..that moisture is a real bud killer..😬

That's why we grow them so big!

Because we may have to toss half of it in the trash...👍
