Grand Daddy Black Grows A Stack

Hello again growers.

In my earlier post I neglected to mention anything about my @Prescription Blend group. It's kind of unfair that the plant with the problem (the OG) gets most of the attention.

Unlike the OG in Lush soil, the PB girls are now a lovely green through and through. They seem to like the PB along with the new organic CalMag I'm adding.

Today I took their PB feed to the next level, Flower Week3. This only entails increasing the amount of "Big Data" from 5 to 6ml per gallon.

Here they are. (This is a lights out flash pic and the colors on the runt Fast Banana up front are washed out by the flash.) THC Bomb - rear left, Alien Rock Candy - rear right.

Okay, this time I'm really done for the day.

Peace.

Nice work, GDB- Looks like you saved her life!:bravo:
I had one do the same thing, but it wasn't so lucky...
Thanks, MrC.

She's not quite rescued yet. She's turned the proper color but is still struggling to completely emerge. I'm not going to intervene. If she's viable she'll pull herself out of there!

Hello growers.

Freebie + 1 Grow - DAY 70

I flipped the Freebie + 1 tent today. It will be lights on from 10:20pm to 10:20am from here on.

The CB clone has been moved from the 2x2 - where she was on flip day 20 - into the Freebie tent. And the Alien Rock Candy clone is now in the 2x2 (which has been switched back to 18/6).

Question. Yesterday I flushed the Original Glue with more than 4 gallons of water. She had just received a top-feed of Geoflora Bloom 2 days ago. Now I'm uncertain how to proceed. Did I effectively flush all of the GF nutrients out of the soil or do some still remain? What do you folks think?

Auto Seedlings - DAY 8 in Solos and DAY 3 in pucks.

Here's a pic of their growth to date.

The "rescue seed" (bottom left) has pushed out another bit of plant matter. I think it's the other half of the cotyledon (or is it technically the "other" cotyledon?).

C'mon little baby!

Since I've got what looks like 6 survivors and a "maybe," I'll give the rundown of what seeds are in play.

1 Purple (Dutch Passion)
If ever there was a cannabis strain from “parts unknown”. It’s Auto Purple.
This curious compact autoflowering hybrid is a mysterious mixture of
indica, sativa and ruderalis genetics. But hey she actually develops
deep purple buds instead of just a lavender hue to leaves.

Auto Purple has a mild cerebral high with a relaxing physical aspect.
Although not phenomenally potent with about 15% THC and 1.5% CBD she
is nevertheless a pleasant daytime smoke. Sweet berry and grape flavours
combined with an enticing liquorice aroma will draw newbie’s and
connoisseurs.

This strain is easy to grow indoors or outdoors across Europe
during summer. Yields can be tasty too. Expect up to 550g/m² indoors
and as much as 200g per plant outdoors in hot dry conditions.
Auto Purple will race from seed to harvest in 8-10 weeks.

1 Alaskan Purple - (SM)
Alaskan Purple Auto is a 90% indica strain producing some very attractive
yields in a short space of time. It has a sweet, fruity flavour and a very
nice relaxing high.

Alaskan Purple Auto is a sizeable plant for an auto with yields to match.
Indoors its life cycle is around 8 weeks with some examples coming in at
around the 7 week mark. Indoor yields are in the range 400 - 550 gr/m2.
When grown outdoors harvest time will be approximately one week later
with each plant capable of producing between 40 - 200 gr. depending on
local conditions.

Sweet ripe fruits abound on the palate and with THC levels between 15 - 20%
its relaxing indica effect doesn't lack potency.

1 Black Cream (Sweet Seeds)
Mostly Indica hybrid, Unk THC, 64 days

This strain is made up entirely of Autoflowering genetics, as a hybrid of
Sweet Seeds most heralded strain, the original Cream Caramel, and an exotic,
purple flowered autoflowering strain which comes from pakistani Kush ancestry.
This strain is said to grow to around 60-110cm in height and to have
somewhat of an indica look about it, producing many small branches from
the central stem, with dense buds and a large main cola. The finished plant
also boasts some excellent resin production, with a very sweet and fruity
scent, alongside hints of some slightly deeper, earthy hues like that of
its Cream Caramel parentage. It is typical for around 80% of the plants to
develop purple or somewhat red tones through the bud, and sometimes the
leaves as well, as they mature. It is after being harvested that the buds
are said to take on the dark purple, almost black, tone that the name suggests.

2 Smoothies (Fastbuds)
A result of a cross between Somango and Blueberry, and really brings out
the best of both worlds; a well-statured plant ideal for all types of
growers. Reaching up to 23% THC, this strain delivers an uplifting
giggly high. Not to mention its exceptionally fruity tastes making
it an ideal choice for extractions.

1 Colorado Cookie (Dutch Passion)
Mostly Indica hybrid, 20% THC, 80 days

Auto Colorado Cookies combines Dutch Passion's own AutoBlueberry with
a superb Girl Scout Cookie from Colorado. This is an indica-dominant
auto-flowering strain with superb potency and great yields.

Auto Colorado Cookies is suitable to be cultivated indoors, outdoors
and in greenhouses. In 11 weeks from seed to harvest growers will
crop an impressive weight of resinous buds that can have up to
20% THC. The aroma and flavour are very fruity and the effect is
of a very relaxing, feel-good indica high.

This strain is an example of the exciting developments to come out
of a legal state such as Colorado where breeding experiments can be
carried out with no threat of legal action.

And the "maybe":

1 Dosi (G13 Labs)
A fantastic hybrid obtained by crossing the legendary Girl Scout
Cookies with the Californian Face Off OG. The result is mostly
Indica flower with beautiful, resinous buds and delicious lime and
mint aroma combined with earthy and pineapple touch.

Discover happy, fun, and euphoric effects that become more relaxed
as it progresses.

Genetics: (Girl Scout Cookies x Face Off OG) x Ruderalis
Type: Mostly Indica
Indoor/Outdoor
Flowering Time: 60 Days from seed to harvest
Height: 90 - 130 cm
Indoor Yield: 400 - 500 gr/m2
Outdoor Yield: 50 - 120 gr/plant
Flavor: Fresh, Earthy, Pine, Menta, Lime & Citrus notes
Effects: Well balanced, Creative, Cerebral, Relaxing
THC: 20 - 22%

I'll be raising these autos on the nutrient that remains at the top of my Lazy man's list, MegaCrop.

Thanks for looking in.

Peace.

I think I’m missing something here. Have you feeding her more nutrients other then the Geoflora and some CalMag supplements?

You're on point, Nev. Only GF and CalMag (and a little Mycos+ and Recharge). I only flushed it because, to the extent possible, I want to know what the plant has in it from this point forward.

Hello growers.

I'm in so much suspense over my little rescue seed, it's become my own personal soap opera!

Here she is on DAY 4, still trying to muscle herself up.

I moved the rest of the puck seedling into solo cups so the rescue seed needs to put it in gear!

The first set of auto seedlings (DAY 9) has been moved into the 2x2 tent, along with the Alien Rock Candy clone. I'll be elevating them after they have time to adjust to the stronger light.

And the Freebie + 1 tent is now on FLIP DAY 1. Her new resident is the C Banana clone that had be flowering in the 2x2. Looks like a good fit, for now. :Rasta:

That's a wrap for today.

We have a cold front moving in tomorrow, but today we have to "suffer" through a sunny, 70 degree day! Sounds like a good time to get in that last round of golf for the year!

Thanks for looking in.

FORE!

I’ve had problems in the past with both cannabis and vegetable seed that looked like yours. Being that I have old eyes, I would use some sort of magnifier to see better and a toothpick to clear away the soil from the leaves. That really help the plant to grow better.

Hello again growers.

When I posted earlier I forgot to tell you about one other development. Yesterday I baked some canna-cookies for the first time. Chocolate Chip and I think quite delicious!

I used 59 grams of bud (not shake and not larf) to make 2 cups of cannabutter, but only ended up with about 1.5 cups. Yes, it was bud from plants that had not been very impressive smoke-wise, but the cookies are still quite potent.

I ate a whole one to test them and that was not the best idea. Upon arriving home yesterday evening, Mrs. GDB looked at me, shook her head and walked away. The Zombie-like high lasted for about 3-4 hours -- I think.

I'll be passing these around to friends like some kinda' stoner Girl Scout! :ganjamon:

Thanks, BigD.

I did clear out that bit of soil from the baby, using a skewer. But only after I took the pic! :Rasta:

I thought you flushed it because of the Lush... :hmmmm:

Lol - I’ll do a drive-by and pick some up!

I thought you flushed it because of the Lush... :hmmmm:
I don't think the Lush has much juice remaining, if any.

I can express it best in digital terms: I am trying to re-boot the OG! :Rasta:

Her pot is still quite heavy from the flush. But when the lights come back on tonight I'm going to get some water into her. I'm going to scratch some Blood Meal into her soil surface (for nitrogen) and give her another GF Bloom top-feed. I'll try to water her enough to at least start rinsing in those elements.

Between your cookies and @Krissi1982 ’s brownies I have GOT to try this one day when I have enough bud or even sugar leaves to do so!

My husband’s buddy said he’s got about 7 grams of pure kief that we don't know what to do with (and we don’t have presses or anything like that to make oils, hash, etc).
