Hi bud. Sorry been crazy over here.Ok so here's some more pics from when I got home, also if you look where I cut her it looked like she was bleeding an her arms are starting to turn purple???
I did it right before lights out yesterday and when I turned the lights on this morning it looked like she was praying for the light ..Hi bud. Sorry been crazy over here.
Bleeding?
Arms purple= usually Phosphorus need. Do you have bone meal? Just give her a little topping and mind you she is recovering now from being topped so expect to see her go blah maybe again for a little.
I agree first pic shows that for sure. Right on MelShe's looking like she might be a bit high in nitrogen.
Princess.... Lol. Yes and it is really just on the top leaves the bottom ones look great could it possibly be from the transplant maybe some of the roots were damaged that feed that part of the plant and it's still work on those because the new growth looks fine. Idk just a thought.I agree first pic shows that for sure. Right on Mel
And that's why I said maybe! I have definitely had less plants turn on their frowns than smile after a topping.
She's definitely on the up and up though because handling a topping and still praying is a good sign and means she is surely getting past her travel out of the deep blue sea.
So what's her name
Giving her some bonemeal like @Krissi Carbone suggested won't hurt, and might be a good idea since nitrogen promotes phosphorus uptake.Yes.. I think I will just give her water only until she tells me she needs something else...
Tbh, I have had purple petioles before and didn't do boo about it. Just recently I started implementing it like @Bode suggested to me.Princess.... Lol. Yes and it is really just on the top leaves the bottom ones look great could it possibly be from the transplant maybe some of the roots were damaged that feed that part of the plant and it's still work on those because the new growth looks fine.
