Almost forgot the baby was outside

Looking good! What's your plan with the baby? Since your tent is now in flower, does the baby stay outside during the day or something?
Yes for now, but I'm doing some research on photos on a 12/12 from seedling and getting them to act almost like auto's but IDK for sure yet. But I will be trying some different things..

Do you like it? Is it good for 2x2 I am trying to decide aray or xs1000. Cause I think I will continue to grow in the 2x2 ..
I do like it, but that's based on what it was replacing.
I would probably go with the xs1000 or xs1500 today. They cost less (here in Canada), @ViparSpectra are a sponsor, and I like the spectrum of the xs lights better.
Full disclosure though, I'll be starting a sponsored journal with the xs2000 in a day or two, as soon as I have seedlings to show.

Does anyone have any experience with the migro light the aray 2??

I don't have experience with it but did have some time to look it up and compare to the XS1000, and there are two very big differences in my opinion.

The Aray 2 has a much, much lower PPFD output at 12" than the XS1000. This is definitely something you need to consider, because at 6" with the Aray you're not even seeing 1000 PPFD, you're at ~930. At 12" height with the XS1000 you'll be seeing 1260 PPFD.

This is where you really have to know what you're going to be growing in in the foreseeable future. If you keep your current tent you may find the XS1000 requires a greater distance between the light and the top of the canopy to reduce the chance of burning and bleaching (buds turn white from too much light, and burn if too hot/close to the light). This means you can't grow Princess, or anything else, as tall as you would be able to if you got the Aray 2.

You're looking at a trade-off here. Higher light intensity means more vigorous growth and bud building, but with that comes less growing height in your current tent (and potentially more heat, though this is debatable between the two lights). If you got the Aray 2 you won't have an intense light, but you'd be able to get the light closer to the plant and can grow it taller.

If it were me, I'd go @ViparSpectra because of what Mel mentioned above, but also because it's higher powered. I'd rather deal with a strong light than a short tent, so I'd replace the tent with a taller one if it became an issue down the road.

Both lights have dimmers, so you can turn down the intensity if your plant starts to get burned. There is a point where you won't get any benefit from a taller plant as the light intensity will be too low to build the lower buds, especially with a 2x2.
Up until a few days ago I was growing in a 2x2, and I found training the plant low and wide a better plan. My last winter Grow was based on that.

Yes it is a lot to consider, and I might be able to get a taller tent xs1000 Iooks to be the better choice 👍 thanks everyone, is there any kind of promo code for Amazon us.?

I don't know.
@ViparSpectra Valerie should be able to tell you.

The xs2000 is the first LED I've used and im loving life with it, it also doesnt give off much heat alongside the air flow system. also with a reasonable price tag. :thumb:
