Less than a day or two and Im really liking the Canna Terra that Miss T put me onto.

New clone loves it, my saddest seedling loves it, and it seems to hold its shape, structure and moisture in the high heat Im in the middle of. Feels like a good change so far.

Shifted orientation for photos, they look much closer to their true colours in this pic by opening up the lens.

Feels like the feed is very much;

Application --->2/3 days later--->Grow

Be it the veg, bloom or boost mix. Easy done.

The news gets better....another Critical Kush Auto from Barneys Farm is up!

With all the hurdles of last grow Im really excited to have another go giving her an indoor life. Let the Rollercoaster Ride begin!

Theres enough room for a reshuffle in the grow space to accomodate a mid size tent if I shift the clone/seedling tent, and that is exactly what I intend to do.

I did put Tino in originally as a stand alone plant, and to perpetually grow all my Barneys genetics out in succession.

Right now my thoughts go to splitting another journal just for Barneys, (un-sponsored) clutter free, updated twice weekly.

Thanks mate. Any that get to the line are worth it. Needed the boost, after my outdoors and auto attempt last season. Feels good first one down.

Glad she's come good for you, hopefully once cured, she'll smoke up nicely.

Sent a tester out today. Im told theres a lot to love.

I have only ever grown out a Gorilla Glue Auto which was strong in fuel/diesel smell and a CBD auto. I like the way they get up and motor, but for me growing outdoors with limited space I might as well grow photos and make the most of the season. Cheers.

That actually makes a lot of sense given you limitations.

No shortage of big growth and nice colas at your neighbourhood though, haha, even that male was beasty.

Your next gen girls already get my eyes over them plenty.

Have you thought about an early or late auto, especially the latter?

Im thinking of trying a couple of my freebies and putting in greenhouse to finish the late autumn where the daylight hours and temps are enough for them to finish deep in the season.

I think you could rig up something suitable for an auto bonsai or two either diy or manufactured.

Yes and no. Yes I could do one, but currently I have only got some Gorilla Glue Auto Seeds, if I could find an Auto that really tickled me then that would be a good plan. The Gorilla Glue Auto came out great, but currently I am rather taken with the Sativas from my last grow and plus I still have a jar of Gorilla Glue. But an auto that intrigued me, is a Fastbuds one, that without checking is something like Blue Dreamomatic, I have read of several different folk who named that as the one strain they'd choose, I like those sort of recommendations. But nah, I reckon I'll have my hands full this grow, already they've taken off. Anyway, keep up the good gardening!

Ok so today is the day for marking my side project focus of a Barneys grow given the newest of my girls is awake enough to give her a birth name.

I can think of no better reason than that to use as an excuse.

Once I come up with a title Ill get it up and running.

Repots, tent changes and prevention were the order of the day.

Got to see my adopted out girl Annie today, shes as cute as can be, and excites me on what Shirley might do in the flower tent.

A little part of wishes Id kept her....but I have life in 10 at the moment, so fuck nostalgia, its already looking like a very busy future ahead.

Near cut my own hand off for clicking add to cart today. Theres about 5000 bloom days in my already full seed supply.....but they all look so pretty.

Which reminds me, Eldest daughter came by for a couple days and brought presents from her travels....including a canna logo shirt from Canada.

After hearing her tales of adventure Im just curious if the big maple leaf wants to adopt an Aussie? Im sure Id fit right in.....

Pistils in, just waiting on fuzzy tops.

Every day shuffle on the little girls. Wide, low, even. Except Hayley (Zkittlez), shes the runt, and Im leaving her untopped.

After seeing Stinker grow out a bit fat main on his girls it might be her best shot at redemption.

Theres also one established and two other Zkittlez clones so I think all 4 can be let go as natural outdoor untopped girls.
I really love Shirley whos been the donor, shes got a pretty smell, good even growth, can only hope her buds are going to be great.

Chrissys drying/cure is going along pretty well. Thats definitely my weakness.

I put the thrip hosting Pineberries next to Adalita, god I hope they take to those mites, Im still chasing my tail.

She is full but airy, and slow.....its almost painful. If she wasnt tainted Id give her life inside with extended hours.

I love her, but hurry the fuck up already!

Gonna do everything but take a flamethrower to her surrounds. Fucking Mites.

The auto newborn has stalled out.

Growing is hard on the emotions....

Oh well, lets start with the smiling pic, everyone loves happy plants.

But this is not what greeted me this morning.

Heres the girls before the morning shower and make up after a hard night on the dance floor

Talk about coyote ugly....maybe my age shows there.

So heres the little ones before I waffle on.

Clockwise thats Hayley (Zkittlez), Tino (WZ) , Ella ( BB) and Janice (GDP).

So Janice got her groove on. I actually have no notes that I topped her, and Im not 100 I did as she has zero protruding stem just two fat nodes.

Obviously she took a bit to get her dancing shoes on but loving life again.

A big part of wants her to go....I just love purple plants, always have. 1 nice one would be really satisfying.

Im definitely ditching the LOS in favour of Canna Terra. The difference seems so obvious.

Repotted Tina (CK) auto, she was just, well, doing sfa. I threw her in some seed mix and Ill be damned if she didnt look like she grew a bit in a cpl short hours. Next two days will tell the story, like a deep paddling duck she had long roots but no hair.

Thats just how my girls go mostly. Deep roots but small growth, and N deficiencies. Sportsbet wont give you odds on those outcomes.

I fluffed around a bit just doing regular canna things.
Adalita looks like shes eating up her lowers, but wasnt due for feed for a while. Guess Ill give her some in morning.

The Back Country Blend is pretty good at giving a surge a day or two after application, cursing Im a little late. Shes got not much to spare in terms of fans, and they ones she does have been washed to within micron thickness with all the treatment regime.

Poor girl, slowly engulfed by the borg.

Its not Nan with cancer but my heart goes out to her, she really wants to live and go on forever while the life force gets sucked out of her.

Everyone else save Tina looks about right.

And Shirley post water today is the first one to make me really fucking smile when I saw her doing the hands reach this arvo and her lime green bud tops. Like I got that just right today. I was happy that she was so happy.

Theres always something to love.

If I ever do another outdoors, it will be at least a 15 min drive from my grow tents.

After another treatment Im wondering why Im bothering, Im feeling like it would just be better to euthanise, and abandon outdoors. They just dont quit.

Its a bloody good question.

Given shes mute, my guess is the mites are probably to blame. Severe stress and shes decided to self herself.

And Ive probably added to it, given her soakings and rough handling, added to getting a bit cooked in Victorian heat after so many cloudy temperate days, and some supercropping.

I think she just said to herself its a bit much and hid her nanners in.

Shes been through a lot given her parents were probably coddled.

I wasnt shocked.
