Girls looked good this morning. Stretching, praying, superb. Hard to get a good shot.

After topping they looked miserable, like spanked children.

Navigating a grow, adopting a style, gathered from all the great information from other growers over months is a blessing, and a curse.

But Im determined to put it on show, the good, the bad, the ugly.

So down to specifics. In my heart I wanted to grow them out, untouched. After seeing Tralas first Auto, that would be a mistake. So Ive topped both.

The first node growth was really strong on both, still, keeping 4 nodes I decided to shave them, to leave six main growth points.

Im hoping its the right call. Seeing Carcass' results from his girls it should be. As the Autos went in first there is no practice run.

The challenge now is to train them to evenness, no dominant apical growth.

Chrissy is crazy stinky. I can see why the original strain was so popular, if she flowers as funky as shes been in veg Ill be very happy.

Both have just started to shrivel the colytodons, 22 days past emerging is a good sign theyve had their needs met.

Girls greeted me praying this morning, which I loved. Adalita lost a fan which she probably wont miss but ruined her symmetry, which rankles my brain.

Last night was the last low temp (2C) for the upcoming 10 days, so they will begin their outdoors lives in earnest from today.

They look great!
Thanks Tra
Best wishes for the move to outside Deev. I love this time of year, everything so fresh and filled with promise.
Cheers Carmen.

It is magic, although we still get some shit weather, like its always a risk till mid/late October.

But its great to come out of Winter, my favourite time of year by a long way.

And amazed me with this

I dont think they will be huge, for now the are healthy and growing.

The Great White Mycos have led their step sisters to the bottom of same size pots, reaffirming the value of mycos. Update on photos coming Saturday, they are going great!

I know when I suggested Id use the mycos to @Trala she was a little dubious, but I sure wish I hadnt skipped on these 2.

Getting those roots eating early is a big plus. Next time I guess.

Thanks for stopping in.

You guys crack me up.

Me: Ill be funny

You lot: Stand back mate, we got hilarity for days.

Thanks for being characters and adding entertainment. I take my growing seriously, but love a good laugh, journals should be funny, at least in parts.

You lot definitely did your part today, Im still chuckling on the re-read.

Nodal growth is getting closer to natural evenness through LST manipulation.

They need new shoes. Ill wait for shed contractors to finish, then Ill re-pot. Flirting with the idea of self watering pots. Ive been experimental so far, figuring wouldn't hurt to continue.

They are quickly closing on on next and final veg feed of BCB veg.

Here are photo girls today.

Here you go Tra, taken this arvo.

Me: Need something for scale.....

Mrs DV8: I cook with wine, sometimes I even put it in the food....

Me: Yoink

They are 140 pots, same as 2 bigger photoperiod seedling girls.
Good choice. Who needs imperial or metric? You can always measure things in wine bottles for Trala. :laughtwo:

There's a whole SIP (Self-Irrigating Planter) thing going on here on 420. @Emilya Green , @Buds Buddy , @Azimuth , among others are having explosive growth with them.
