I think its Govs thread that has the hanger bars
I was thinking the same thing Duggan. How can I grow these things big enough to yield what I need since I can only grow 3 flowering plants at a time right now and yet keep them from out growing the tent in height. I'm thinking a big 3 plant scrog might do best for me, not sure how much veg time maybe a month would work good for me but its a total guess. I am going to try and run just one pure sativa to get an idea on my next round so if it doesn't yield much I still have another plant or two that I know will.
How much of a difference do you think it would be if instead of going from 11/13 right away to 3 weeks of 18/6 first and then flipping them? Im figuring the flip would happen around the same time but maybe get better veg growth rate with the extra light. I also want to top mine at least once so it would give a chance to do it before the hormones switch for sure.
Hey Smokey...good to see you around! Your challenge with your space ,yield number of plants, timing issues, etc. Three plants is perfect for that tent...you can grow them longer, bigger ,and get your yield. It's gonna take you at least 3 extra weeks of veg. to get em nice and trained with a "bush" appearance. You will need bigger pots to take advantage of doing it this way.I would go with 3 ,20 gal.pots. I know...that may seem too big but it's not.The plants just love all the root space. You wind up with outdoor sized plants...indoors.Last crop of my two MK Ultras...over 25 z's.No CO2...Just Doc's gear, lots of light longer veg.and ,you got it...big pots.
When the ones in the tent are about a month away from chop....that's when you start three more babies under a little flour. somewhere else for a month. Works for me just great...always have plenty of produce for myself and a few close friends.Anyhow....sorry Ziggs...didn't mean too...
