DrZiggy's 2nd Journal - ACE Seeds - High Brix - LEDs

Excellent Ziggs....now your a breeder too!:thumb:

Thanks Duggan. Ive also bred Autos using Colloidal Silver..Grew them already..the Auto Jock Horror x Auto PIneapple Express and the Auto Jock Horror x Amnesia XXL..both excellent..
The JHxAmnesia is awesome! :)
Both are curing..

Hey ziggs I have a photo amnesia bean femmed I wanna get to eventually.....did you give a smoke report on the auto amnesia you grew? When I say eventually....it's only because I wanna get the hb grow down before I pop her...:)

I didnt smoke the Amnesia by itself. I gathered the seeds and the leftovers went into a bulk medible jar.
The JH x Amnesia; Not an official report. I will in week or so after being further cured. Its delicious already, very cerebral, energetic, and creative. :)

Cerebral, energetic and creative - just what I look for in a strain. Dale says he wants one of those bulk jars. :laughtwo:

I told him we're all working on that.

I was trying to remember ... :cheesygrinsmiley: Yours startled me with their stretchy look.

I distinctly remember how vigorous mine were, and I think CareStaker would agree. It scared me a bit in veg, so I got after it right away with some LST and it behaved better. CareStaker had a green pheno, and it was definitely stretchier. I had advised him to give it plenty of veg time and it got a lil bigger than I imagined. :laughtwo: Oops. But you're running 11/13 from seed, so veg is a moot issue.

The other thing that was different about Panama is the way it grows and fill its buds. We both had explosive pistil and calyx growth, but very skinny, wispy looking buds in early bloom. Then, boom!, like a switch, the plant switched gears and fattened 'em all up - fun to watch!

My guess it that you have two green phenos and a red or purple. Is there any hint of color on the undersides of the bushy one? Mine had a sort of irridescence to it.

The whole tent looks great! You're really on a roll, DrZ! :thumb:

GT, thank you.
I am red green colorblind. With me some red shades appear green, and some green shades appear red.
Im a great driver too
I hope I get 1 of each.
What would you do with the Cat drench? Thank you in advance

I read that to Dale and he asked "Where's he from? Where does he drive?"

My father was red/green color blind. :cheesygrinsmiley: We had great fun with him from time to time as kids, making him tell us "what color is this?" Red and green Christmas lights were the best - he had no clue. :laughtwo: I assume it's the traffic lights you were referring to? :cheesygrinsmiley: If you're getting color you should still be able to see it in the tone, probably brownish? Anyway, mine didn't really start showing color until well into bloom.

I hadn't really thought about drench timing until you asked, but I'm going to be growing my Panama too, so hmm ... :hmmmm: Both mine and CS's swelled on their own in late bloom ... my habit is to drench late ... so the choice would be earlier, not later ...

Dunno. I think this strain needs time to set calyxes. It grows them positively tiny, but lots of 'em, and then like a switch, they swell. So, I think the best timing for Panama is lateish. I'm going to watch for the switchover and hit it right about then. It'd be great to catch it a week before and let it start the swell just as the Cat hits.

Ya know ... I'm really not sure, could be opposite. Maybe Cat drench would grow more of the tiny calyxes, then GE to bulk 'em up.

:lot-o-toke:

I think we need to hear from Doc Bud. I'll post on the Q&A thread. :cheesygrinsmiley:

The longer I do this stuff, the more I conclude that you've got to grow a strain 4 or 5 times before you really know what you're doing with it. Sativa's really like the Cat Drench. We'll just have to figure it out? I try to grow 4 of everything at least, so I can mess with one or two if I get a bad idea late some night.
