I have a couple power strips with green switch led's, but my timmers have red ones so I made a little tape flap. Little effort for a bit of insurance.

But I do go into my room at times when lights are off. I just try to keep it within the first hour of dark.

not wanting to grow in salt coco isn't an insult, i appreciate the experience

Has anyone used the double ended bulbs with the kit? They seem to be pretty amazing compared to traditional bulbs.

Anyway I will be doing so and journaling for yallz, but I'm gonna wait till i'm a bit ahead to start it.

Gonna do light movers with em too. They have so much intensity (not just heat) my thought is that you can afford to put these on movers and use less lights.

Trying to use tons of knowledge and experience and then go out in to left field by myself(well i will still have the kit muwhahaha).

Anybody feelin me?

Or tell me to stop, you'll be in good company.
 
It's been decades since I grew, but I never had low-level light cause problems. Remember in outside grows there is the light from the moon and sometimes ambient light from man-made sources. On a clear night, a full moon provides WAY more light (full spectrum and for longer periods) than a few small LEDs or a flashlight.

Normally, a strain will veg for a month under 12/12. I've never done 11/13 from the beginning with seeds, but I definitely plan to!

The biochar is tested and considered in part of the overall picture for the soil, so it's designed into the amendment based on its NPK, etc.
 
Question on the 11/13 light schedule. I switched my light schedule to 11/13 after week 3 of flower (non HB), it is now day 58 and I have a Super Lemon Haze that is suggested to go 70 days, well it has all milky trichomes and very few but some amber. I didn't expect it to be ready this early any insight as to why? I have an indica dominate that is supposed to be ready at 60-67 days and one at 60 and both of those still have clear trichomes. Just curious because I am going to chop the SLH.
 
Without pics it's tough to say, but I'd suggest letting her go a few more days and see what she does. if nothing negative, then you'll be the one to reap the benefits of letting her go a few more days. It's not like she'll nose-dive overnight. ;)

Do you guys feel that weed, especially HB, when burning smells different, sometimes more enjoyable, when someone else smokes it than when you do? Its similar to hearing your own voice recording vs. live, and smelling a real good cigar?
The stuff one thinks about when enjoying good weed... :)

When I'm smoking it, I can hardly smell it. But I LOVE the smell of someone else smoking weed.

Same as doc. Sometimes I like to let whoever I'm with light it so I can get a couple whiffs.

I know I am high when I spend 5 minutes looking at the various smiley faces then forget the question I was going to ask the group.. :smokin2:

then I stare at the monitor for 5 more minutes before remembering the question...

then I realize I am in no shape to upload the photos to go with the question..

I guess I'll come back later.. :laugh:
