Hey twilight my spider 4 cob just quit working all the fans are on but the lights aren't on it fli kered and went out dude im in the middle of flowering right now I turned it off now it won't come on at all I just bought this light it not even month old dude why is it burnt out

Im going to leave it off for while see if I let it cool off it turn back on it's hot to the touch it's only been on 4 hours today I tried turn it on again it started flickering on and off it was makeing a sparking noise

Please check the fuse located next to the power switch on your LED light panel.

So I need to take it apart ok get there is no fuse justjust 6 plugs it won't come on at all now not even the fans it broke.

I have it apart unplugged all the connect

One of the blue wires thats connected to the grey and orange piece in the middle is brunt looking and melted.

You can see it here the wire melted to the connectionthe hole piece just broke off cause its burnt to a crisp.

The hole connection just broke off while I was trying to get it lose because its melted.

Is there a way to by pass this or should I hang my cfls till I get the parts I need to fix this.im going to need a hole new switch with connection and probably the grey and orange piece the wire coming out of its fried.

Dude this sucks bad im in middle of flowering with this light .

Thats the connection to one of the drives it looks like it broke off the fuse to the switch it's all melted on there I can't get it off.

Please let me know what can I do my 30 days shouldn't be up yet if I need send it back get my money back ill buy light from some were else I want my money back this ain't cule

Is there a way I can send this light to the warehouse in California to be fixed and you can send me light that works so I can finish my grow and my nournal im doing for yall im at flowering stage with my plants I need a light to finish them out I don't have the money to buy a light right now I just fixed my radiator in my truck and bought my kids Christmas I don't have extra money today order knew light cause this one broke man im in a bind now please let me know what you can do asap

I don't have anything to do with Twilight Nuggs... I tried to do a journal for them with the spider16 but it nearly burned my house down and it is in the switch and wiring... BAR took his to a repair shop and it didn't cost him a lot I don't think but if I was you and had just purchased the light... I think you need to get in touch with Jason.....

Ya I just bought it last month and I emailed them it doesn't come on at all and it right behind the switch were it was sparking glad I caught it and was home I could have had the same problem .I would hope they would let me ship the light to there warehouse and send me a working model I mean at most it's a little over a month old and I haven't even got 1 completed grow out of it just started flowering my blue dream auto and og kush auto with it day 23 of grow matter fact I think it hasn't even been 30 days wow .
