Dennise - No Longer The Newest Of Newbies - Not Growing In MG - Perpetual

Help !!!! (Just put them in flower 3 days ago) My power went out last night at approx 8pm..the lights were "On" my plants, not scheduled to go off until 10:30 pm, so they were off 2 1/2 hrs before they should be....the temp went down low it was effing cold last night...the power was off until about 3 am, so my plants got cold cold...the lights for my girls scheduled and came on at 10:30am. So instead of 12 hrs darkness they got 14 1/2 s of darkness plus they got really cold ...at least down in the 50s where my plants stay in the tent.....they look alright this morning but will they have a huge chance of hermi-ing.

I don't think you have much to worry about. They certainly get colder than that outside and it wasn't for an extended amount of time....:circle-of-love:

The extended darkness period should not harm your plants. The exposure to cold may slow the plants growth and development.

I think I slept 40 of the 48 hours.. Sorry I didn't get back to very quick but I really think I slept 90% of the weekend...:circle-of-love:
 
I did a bit of defoliation on the 4 girls in flower today.... I am a day late... they are 46 days 12/12 and I started not to do it but the humidity is sooo high here right now I was afraid not to but I sure hate giving up the time is will slow em' but rather that than mold... the first 3 are the Black Russian, Wild Thai clone and B2B in the closet under the Mars II's......:circle-of-love:

Thanks Light... I honest think I have been under watering in the past grows because I always had burnt looking leaves and the buds just never swelled in the past like I thought they would but I have made sure this round they are watered like they should be and it has made an amazing difference. I think I took the baby stage and not over watering to establish a good root system a little to far but I am very happy so far with this grow. There has been very little drama with this one and I don't have any ugly leaves.... Knock on wood....:circle-of-love:
