How long do they take from start to finish? What's a good light schedule? Do you use mh and hps like normal?
My DDA have gone 100-110 days
I've done both, veg lights during veg, and flower in flower, and veg lights start to finish and all produced very very well
Nice thing about autos they can stay in the veg tent for their entire grow
Oh and I always do my veg at 20/4, but 18/6 is good too

My DDA will be at 100 days when I harvest. 12/12 her whole life. Purple flowers are very fun to watch develop and the smell.....
Really?!! 12/12 her whole life and it looks that good? I would be curious to know the benefits of running a DDA 18/6 when yours looks incredibly good run at 12/12. A noticeable savings in electricity turning the light off 6 hours earlier each day.
I know - Stoney does the same. I feel quite excited to be about to grow some outside!

I've grown 10 or so DDAs now in the Kit--from experience, I'd run them in the flower tent from birth, and keep them on that light schedule, sprouted right into their final pot, right in the flower tent.
One they get 5 nodes, start feeding @ full strength, with a transplant drench first. They love it, especially the Transplant Drench. Recharge them early, and Cat Drench them late. The smell is unbelievably good. Key Lime pie meets Grape Soda, for me, and finishing on a Growth Ionic Drench doesn't hurt either.
To get them to go amber in the kit you'll need to push 90-100 days--I'm with Sue, I like 'em racy, so I tend to harvest much earlier than that. PM me if you have any questions along the way!

PS--One of my stoney pals here in the bay asks me regularly whether or not I've got any DDA left. He swears it's one of the best highs around. I like it in the morning, just one puff, and I'm good to get stuff done for hours. I have to lie and tell him "no, sorry man, not yet." It's the definition of head stash for me.

I was worried she wouldn't turn out that well. A lot of stuff I do doesn't make any sense but still works. Like 24 (high quality) watts/square foot...
Last month was the first full month of running my QBs. Electric bill dropped $20 from what it was when I ran CFLs.

Heres everyones Dark devil of the day, shes now 38days from germ. Toped once at the 4th node, the rest was done with lst. Under 2 "300w" leds and a 600w hps.
