I never really saw Amber's on mine, so gave up and went with my gut
 
I'm thinking when the crystals are clear you'll see right through them. And maybe when the crystals are milky I'll be able to tell that too. I'm growing this to be a gift to a friend for his Birthday which is Dec. 24th. So a combination Birthday/Christmas gift. And I know all cloudy crystals would be perfect for his taste. Me on the other hand like some amber crystals to "take the edge off" a little bit.

So my DDA never showed up! Dang!!!
Took it out of my cart because I was supposed to get some freebies. They sent me different ones than they had listed!
Oh well! Maybe next order!
 
There has been a lot of discussion about the use of the corn husk when cobbing and the general consensus is that it makes no difference if you use it or not. Those buds look delicious!!
 
Harvested today...she handled crazy high RH much better than other autos...will likely run several next summer!

I like the husks myself, I think it infuses a bit of Xtra moisture

I need to test it more myself

I can say, the cob I chewed, wow, was waisted for 6hrs, not a bad waisted, pretty energetic till I ate lunch, then I was toast...lol

Wow, how large a chunk did you eat?! Someone gave me one of those cob things a while back (different strain) and suggested I try eating some of it. So I did. Then I thought, "I must not have eaten enough, because I can't tell any difference between eating that and eating a sandwich or something." So I ate a bigger chunk next time. Rinse/lather/repeat and I finally ended up smoking the last 1/4 or so of it.
 
Gosh, these are pretty plants. I have an urge to plant it all over town.
