I'd say mine hit the mid to late 30s before flowering

Next grow I'm doing a DDA in DWC, see how big I can get her

As far as the supercrop, I was far too worried about it. Figure that's because I've never run autos before this. As soon as I get some more $ I have a few more auto strains in mind, particularly purple mazar and golden canary.

Mine showed sex at 3 weeks and was in full flowering mid 30's like @Chris Scorpio .

First sex around day 21, stretch ending around day 45 to 50, harvest on day 95 give or take a couple. ;)

@Rifleman So if you have 2 DDA seeds and wanted to create more via colloidal silver spray would you say starting the spraying at day 17 or 18 would be advisable?
 
@Rifleman If I'm successful (I mean when I'm successful....sorry Sue) the plant that was sprayed will also be self pollinated correct? Are the seeds of that plant as good as the seeds off the second plant that was not selfed?

2 runs, 3 DDA total, in coco under LED and all of them showed after 21-23 days. This one gave me 4oz's

Yes both plants can be pollinated and will produce fem seeds. I just worry as the time needed for mature seeds on the sprayed plant runs close to max time I like to run the DDA.

About how long from pollination to seed maturity in the DDA? I imagine I am too late at day 48 with about a week before the pollen drops.

Edit to add; the pollen is from a different strain, if that makes a difference..
 
The seeds that I have bred matured around week 6 on average. I am sure it can take a little longer for some strains then others. Any viable pollen will work. You said you're at day 48 from sprouting? If so you've got plenty of time.
 
If you figure most are harvesting their DDA day 91-100 which leaves you over 7 weeks left. Should be plenty of time.

However, you might check with others @Rifleman who have bred the DDA seeds to see how long it took theirs to mature. But my guess is the 7 weeks should get er done for you.

I've been busy and kept looking longingly at the thread as I zipped by on my way to somewhere else and nearly missed this. OMG am I glad my passion inspired you. That is one lovely plant. :battingeyelashes:

I got 4 ounces out of one of my earlier girls, and I've been chasing that magic ever since. Lol! May your results be more consistently over-the-top than mine. Well done sir....well done. :hugs:

I learned yesterday that I'll have another week to let them run, and from the looks of it they're gonna really pack on the buds in the end. I'm sitting here on the floor drolling over the delicious smells rolling towards me from the tiny closet. They really crank up the perfume in the last couple weeks, don't they? :battingeyelashes:

Three more weeks and they come down no matter what.

HEY! That (vaguely, more or less) seems to follow the old "40:60 Rule," where the stretch is 40% of the total flowering period. I've been wondering about that, where autos are concerned. Interesting...
