The beneficial incest's can be helpful and that's what's in the video. When my wife seen the video she said Hell No not in my house but he says they don't get out of the pot they stay in the good soil .... I will have the living soil in my greenhouse

the smell of rich soil attracts them for me mostly its fungas gnats they love the soil but there not everywhere all I can say is if you go outside and do some yard work you will want to change your clothes and maybe shower before going into the gr if you have pets bugs can come in on them or wipe off them onto you just keep in mind about stuff like that good luck pc look forward to checking out your grow! :)

I'm glad I'm not the only one who is creeped out by the bugs. I've been growing on and off for over 5 years and only time I've had bug issues was spider mites from a clone I took in from a friend. A fungus knat here and there is ok, but not a shit load of creepy crawlies. Makes Me think about hydro :rofl:

That for sure was a gem of a typo and I'm glad you put it on blast because I didn't want to be the only one to enjoy that little hillbilly moment.

That's the way it is when I eat some of the brownies I made. Hell I stumble around going to the bathroom when I eat a big piece of brownie and I Love it . Hay at least after eating some brownie I don't hurt and I'm not depressed etc. Going Green and Lovin it
 
In my research for the best components to use, I stumbled onto this article which is a fantastic read and I think you LOS cats should give it a read. FWIW, this product I think is a direct replacement for one of the kit components, and I found it on CustomHydoNutrients for dirt cheap.

That looks a lot like recharge. I've used recharge a couple of times and I can say it did work. It's supposed to kick start the microbial colonies. Even with bottle nutes I had good luck with it. But I've always been a light feeder
 
Real Grower's Recharge or DocBud's Recharge? I've used the Real Growers stuff, but that is an actual beneficial bacteria whereas DB's is a soil amendment.

I went and checked that out and it looks like something I would like to try!
 
It's got 5% calcium and 0.5% magnesium (10:1) and an ass load of other things, but low mag means less antagonism done to the Calcium. I hate when I find great shit like this AFTER I blow my budget on things I found that were pretty close to what I was looking for. Now I have 3 things on the wish list that I can't order till the next round gets put out.
