Thanks Ice!! I've learned tons from people on here too, still do to this day. I love the fact that I can always count on learning something new daily here @ :420:

Thanks bro!!! I actually got to use my culinary mind the other day, it was fun and relaxing (which was odd). It could have been the wax I was vaping while stirring stuff that made it fun. Gotta love the vape pens...they are awesome. My buddy needed help prepping for a tasting, it was only for 7 people but...It was like it one of everything on the menu. It honestly was fun, I made some things I hadn't made in 15 years. I'm more than willing to answer any food questions in a pm.

I'd love to hang with quite a few members too. I'm gonna kick it with Jon705 next month :high-five:

Curso, I wanted to thank you for the link and pic to the "how to tell fem seeds" tutorial. Pretty bad ass. It looks like a few of mine are going to finish the same time as a few of yours. I hoping mine turn out half as good as yours.

Pretty cool of you to send some SNS shit to Ice. That seems like something you would do, lol.

No problem bro!!! I found it useful and worth a shot too.

Dude, your plants are awesome and I think you're going to be a happy grower for a really long time. Cant go wrong with kt growing ;)

I really don't have any issues that I would have a need for the SnS stuff. Not that it's a bad product, everyone I know that uses their products has stellar results. I knew Ice had issues with the mites and I had mite stuff that I wouldn't use...It only made sense to not be greedy.

The seeds that sank got buried in 3rd run soil with roots/transplant. All if them but one Chemdawg x Royal purple kush made it. They're sitting on a seed mat in the veg tent. I might soak 2 pineapple skunks tonight, I haven't made up my mind if I want to run that again or do a couple Blue Cheese. I'll make up my mind sometime today.

Edit: after further review I went with the Blue Cheese. Why not run 3 I haven't grown before :high-five: The kit makes everything an easy grow :)

There will be a new strain entering my grow this week. TGA Subcool Seeds~
Pennywise
Harlequin x Jack The Ripper

After years of research and testing we have finally developed a hybrid with very high CBD. In over 70% of tested samples the CBD was in the range of 12-15% CBD and equal parts of THC as well. For those patients looking for a High CBD strain with great flavor this is your admission ticket to something special.

Phenotypes: There are 4 main phenotypes. All have virtually the same smell and taste and all buds tend to show some purple. The main difference between phenotypes is in the bud structure and the dominant color; buds are either fingery or round, with pale green or purple as their chief color. The purple buds are particularly impressive.
Height: Short to Medium
Yield: Medium
Recommended for Indoor and Outdoor. This strain is super powdery mildew resistant.
Best way to grow: Topped once, limited stretch on most phenotypes.
Harvest: 60-67
Sat/Ind: 20/80
Hybrid: Harlequin x Jack The Ripper
High Type: Clear head with a slow onset body and an immediate sense of well being. The analgesic and relaxing properties of the CBD rich Harlequin mother come through nicely and the invigorating pep you get from the JTR high makes this an amazing all day smoke for with real medicinal value.
Taste/Aroma: Phenotypes range from a fresh ground coffee/pepper to a lemon bubblegum. The smoke is smooth and full bodied.
Notes: CBD could be effective in easing symptoms of a wide range of difficult-to-control conditions including: rheumatoid arthritis, diabetes, alcoholism, PTSD, epilepsy, antibiotic-resistant infections and neurological disorders. CBD has demonstrated neuroprotective effects, and its anti-cancerpotential. (Citing from ProjectCBD.org)

I'm just about to start the butter actually. Life happened. I'm on it now, I'll be sure to adjust the recipe and post it, given it turns out well.

The machine is super cool and a bit bigger than I had thought it would be. 5 Cups is a big batch. I'll be using some glycerin with it too, I forgot it at my buddies house. I even looked at the shit and said "don't forget it"...Pothead...So that's a tomorrow thing.

Anyways be back in a few hours with some pics and shit.

Boom Shocka-Locka! A chef with a butter machine to make edibles and other fun treats oh the fun begins. Oh man high brix edibles are going to be dope! If you ever figure a way to make weed infused salad dressing hook a brother up.

Oh man that's really easy!!! Especially with a Magic Butter Machine (see what I did there ;)). Make your oil...strain and cool it. Make sure you use plenty of Dijon mustard (to emulsify) and your favorite herbs and vinegar. Pour the oil into the vinegar/mustard/herbs/salt/pepper SLOWLY while blending it. Enjoy :) I prefer Balsamic & Apple Cider vinegar (60/40), roasted garlic, basil and a little bit of fresh thyme and finish it with a bit of lemon zest. Everything gets salt and pepper. That always goes without saying and yes, I do take that for granted.

I would do like 1g per oz of oil and see how it fares you can always add some. Cook it @ 190 degrees for 2 hours. If you have a wand blender those help a ton. Half way through I hit the oil with the immersion blender and break it up really well. Strain cool and enjoy :high-five:

Okay so while everything is coming together I'll post what I did. I already know it's all going to work out very, very well.

I made a 2 cup batch of butter using the magic butter recipe. 1lb butter (2c) 14g of cookie bud and a push of a button. 2 hours later I had some nice butter to filter.

This is what you'll need...
For
THC Chocolate Yummies

2 packages of graham crackers
1/2c sugar
2tsp vanilla extract
1 package miniature marshmallows
1 package of semi sweet chocolate chips
2/3c light corn syrup
3c Rice Crispy's
1/2c Crunchy peanut butter
1 1/2c Magic Butter
13x9 baking dish (I use parchment paper you don't have to but I suggest it)

Preheat the oven @ 375 take the 2 packages of graham crackers and break them down in a food processor (if you don't have one buy the crumbs) put them in a 1gl zip lock bag with the sugar and 1 1/4c butter and mix it up, get it well incorporated. Put that mixture on the parchment lined 13x9 dish and press it in and work it evenly over the pan. Bake it for 10 minutes. Pull it out add the marshmallows and put it back in the oven until golden brown (brulee ) about 9-12 minutes. Pull it out and completely cool.

In a 2qt glass bowl, put corn syrup, chocolate, vanilla and the remaining 1/4c of butter and heat in a double boiler until incorporated. Pull off heat and mix in peanut butter. Put the rice crispy's in a large bowl and mix the chocolate mixture into the crispy's then spread them evenly across the top of the COOLED crust. Let them set for an hour. Cut them and keep them refrigerated.

I'll have one for breakfast and let ya know how they are :high-five:

Ps... there is 15g in a 13x9 pan I used all the butter ;)

Well I just had one with a cup of coffee, it tastes excellent. No nasty chlorophyll taste at all. I really dig the butter machine (thanks again everyone). I'm sure I'll be stoned here soon enough from it. I cut about a 2x2 square, we'll see how heavy that is for a dose.

Edit: after thinking about it, just use the whole package of marshmallows :)

Here's the finished product after it chilled and set over night. I haven't garnished it or anything yet. I'm not sure how I am going to.
