Cottage 420's Organic Perpetual Indoor Garden

Dolato #1 - first flowers ... took almost a month to get flowers... I'm starting to wanna wonder why the last several rounds these plants are all stretching huge and taking longer to flower. No complaining but seeing a pattern now that I've got different genetics and getting same results. Time to take a look at my timer and see what I have it set to. Wondering if I have it set to 13/11(dark) and not 11/13(d) .... I made that change a while back to go to Hawaiian time. Maybe I stumbled into something?? Yeah 27 days before showing flowers is something to look at I'm thinking. Dolato's main stem is above the lamps with the side branches not far behind.

Great update & pics as always bob. 1st time I've seen pic of your veg room...nice! Dolato has only tiny bit of sativa so shouldn't take so long to flower. Maybe too much veg type nutrients in your soil? I've had success limiting stretch to only 50-75% by lowering nutes 7-10 days prior to 12/12 & through the 1st wk. of flower. I usually see stigmas at top of flowers ~10-12 days....then I start loading on the flower nutes. Moving away from loaded soil to lighter mix & feeding when soil ppm's below 500 has been very positive. Merry Christmas bob. :Namaste:

All I do is RO water. soil on its 4th round ... maybe 5th round. Amend at up-pot the day they go into flower room with EWC and some amendment mix about 1/2 cup of each plus my mycos mix. I'm thinking : bigger plants - bigger room. I need to work on that!

Amendments at up-pot - >= 1 cup of this mix per 7.5gal container:

Crustacean Meal
Kelp Meal
Neem Cake/Karanja Cake - 70/30
Milled Malted Barley Organic 2 Row

Mycos Mix:
1 tsp - VAM
1 Tbs - Mykes Flower (orange container)
1 tsp - SAT mycos link

Put the EWC in the hole, add all 3 mycos, mix with ewc - put plant in hole on top of the mycos/ewc, add amendments around the root ball, fill remaining space with my soil mix that's also been used for the same amount of rounds.

Yeah that Dolato - just took off... to the roof. Surprised me. Happy for sure. Bigger plants bigger yields. Looks to me like a mix of sativa and indica. My other plants that are a mix grow about 4-5' tall put up flowers and good to go in 50 days.. this one is different.

Happy holidaze and Merry Christmas to all.

Cheers!
Bob
