Colesdad Tries Again - LED - GGG Baby Freedom - Ideal420 Soil - 12/12 From Seed

I know you and I had talked before and I was planning on flipping so the photo would bloom about the same time as the autos, but, now I'm thinking something different.
In running an 16/8 now because I was giving more "quiet" time because of the fan. But, I guess I could top Nebula as long as she stayed in veg state while the autos do their thing. Decisions, decisions....
The wife is definitely on board with me trying mmj. Hopefully she will cave and let me vent through the ceiling.
I've still been watering a measuring cup full every week. Tonight I have a little bit more. As far as roots, I'm still thinking "as above, so below", so I'm not too worried about complete soaking yet. Or, based on their size, do you think it would benefit to soak the pot in water?

Well, there is no turning back now. Nebula was just topped.
A before and after

And the wait begins....

Two 6600k cfl on Nebula. 300w Mars led over both AB. Exhaust fan on low and I'm sitting at a steady 82 degrees.
This light combo is what I will be using for the rest of the grow.
AB1 (the runt) is flowering, I'll be watching her much larger sister, AB2, basic strain info says she should begin very soon.

Wife would rather but a filter instead of cutting a hole in the ceiling. I would rather do this, I only mentioned cutting a home because it would only cost my labor.
For the first time I am in the market for a filter. This is as overwhelming as picking an led. I have found some on amaz*n for $65 all the way to $300. I need some pointers, or recommendations. I need 100% odor elimination, for the best price.
Things to keep in mind:
I already have an inline fan
It is a 4 inch duct size
I could mount inside or outside tent.

Or, if there is a thread here on 420magazine that talks about carbon odor control filter info, please point me in that direction.
Longevity of the filter isn't a huge deal right now, I would rather buy a lesser priced one and later make an investment in a more durable one.
Thanks!

Spitz, I sent you a pm with 3 scrubbers I found that are in my price range. Take a look. I'll need to order one tomorrow or Sunday. The smell is starting to creep from the bedroom into the living room.

It might help if you open the flaps at the bottom of your tent? PM sent with my opinion on the filters

I can't because I'm giving them some darkness during the evening

Question 1. How does the Nebula look after topping?
Question 2. Why haven't we seen a closeup of the AB that has started to flower?
Question 3. What purpose is that 4" duct serving in your last pic?

Did you decide on a filter? I'm far more excited about your plants than my own. I'm strongly considering cutting mine down and starting over. Looking grand sir. Good luck and finish strong!

I'll get some pics tonight. I've been looking around the Web at autoberry plants and growth and stuff. They seem to explode with growth when they around 30 days old. I'm approaching that now. I peeked inside this morning and AB2 had growen noticeably! I didn't look at the others. It has been about a week since the last watering, so I'll get some good pictures. The roots organic soil is wonderful, they are beautiful and healthy and all I've done is given water straight from the faucet, no PH, just plain tap water. I'm sure somewhere in this journal I checked it, but fuck it, if it ain't broke don't fix it.
Pictures tonight!

AB1, although small, is my favorite tonight. She had grown 3 inches in 4 days, her stem as thick as a pencil. She is pushing a flower up top and I think I see some small ones trying to bloom

And her sister AB2, what a perfectly symmetrical specimen!

And princess Nebula has come a long way, starting her life being restricted in a peat pellet, then placed into happy frog. When I transplanted into roots organic she had one root showing, a weak looking 4 inch root. Today she stands proudly, having broken free from her troubled past. She grows strongly and very green.
The first pic shows the growth after her topping. The two strong branches, 4 days ago were tiny, barely visible, little leaves.

I forgot the duct question. It is the fresh air duct. On the side of the near the top is a port. I use this for all my wires and the fresh air, the duct goes from the bottom of the closet floor (coolest area), up to the port and then down to the floor of the tent. The end rests about 8inch from the floor of the tent.

As far as the scrubber goes, we'll, not yet. Our income is made up of my SSDI check and my wife's income from cleaning houses. We haven't cleaned in over a month because her father was hospitalized 3 weeks ago. He is home, but she is caring for help, ie physical therapy, bathing, bandage changing /cleaning etc. While she is at her parents, I'm home taking care of grandma. Her grandmother has a great sense of humor, she says since she has had a mastectomy, bath time is only half a awkward lol.
I have my amaz*n cart full, just waiting to pull the trigger!

$37 diy filter complete (90% assembled). Pics to follow soon.
AB1 has been using steroids, crazy growth and many bud sites!
