Carmen's Winter Autos With ViparSpectra XS1500 Pro!

Flower day 3 update:

The big plants are taking 2 L / 0.5 Gal a day in their reservoirs. Their roots have filled the bags and are growing through them. They are being air pruned. It's quite sad to watch them wither away.

The Gelato auto 2 plant is catching up in height and is no nearer a topping than yesterday. I will wait until I see pistils again before topping that plant.

Gelato auto 2

Thank you for your interest in my grow.

Good day,

Today I raised the lights a smidge, to keep the distance at 12 inches.

I'm surprised that both of the plants are taking their time to flower. The fact that the second Gelato is at node 6 and still not shooting pistils bodes well for a later flower too I hope!

Happy hump day and thank you for keeping me company while I grow!

They look so happy Carmen!

Looking forward. :Rasta:

Here are a few pics of the plants today. Gelato auto is now obviously in flower and whilst the Parmesan auto is slightly lagging in that department, this plant has grown into its own. It was an absolute runt to start with and now it is bigger than the Gelato auto.

Note: I have labelled the photos incorrectly the past couple of days. I lost count of how many days above ground the plants are. Today is day 45.

So at 40-45 days that’s got to be at keast half way?

Nick
Spot on! Lol. The Parmesan auto is said to take approximately 8 weeks to harvest indoors, and the Gelato auto 9 weeks. I think they will go longer because they vegged for so long.

They really had a grow for themselves this week Carm! YES!
They really did! :) I'm so glad to see you. I missed you for a couple of days, and Shed too! I wonder how his move is going.

I have done it in one of my grows also, early on. It all comes out in the wash. :yahoo:
Hey Tok, Lol, not good to mess up the records  I went back and made a note on the relevant photos so that I don't get confused trying to make comparisons down the line.

2nd. that wake an Bake, my morning is pretty much the same, check my auto's & roll one,Ha. SSgrower
Hahaha, yes I hear you SSG. Sometimes my nights and days morph into each other and that is when I must be more mindful :passitleft:

I miss Shed too, we all do! The cornerstone of a structure is important! I've been migrainy off and on lately and haven't been able to read and comment as much as I like.
I suspected as much. I hope you feel better soon Otter! Get lots of fresh air and vitamin D like your plants :)

Greetings from a wintry land. I hope your weekend is off to a good start.

Gelato auto has such dainty flowers, although I'm a bit concerned that this plant looks a little droopy again. Nothing has changed except the hormones.

I'm blown away by my Parmesan auto. I love this plant and to think I thought it was going to amount to not much. It's such a pretty plant I think, in the peak of health and guzzling water.

The second Gelato auto plant is gaining height and looking shiny. I have applied the pipe cleaner lst to the branches to start them off. They will get the training hooks too when long enough.

Happy growing!

Hey Carmen!

The Parm is in eye-candy mode for sure. She's pretty! :Rasta:
