have you considered using watering lances ( think that is the name of them.?) Those long handled spray-misters used for watering hanging baskets . hope that doesnt sound patronising at all just meant not having to twist and bend to water.

That is good to read mate. hope it eases the bending and torsion issues. i considered one for hard to reach plants at the back after watching a council worker watering high up baskets in town center. made a d.i.y long reach with 1/2inch rubber pipe tied to doweling and connected to a 1ltr bottle. worked fairly well for a bodge up. glad you found a usable version.Thanks for the good idea Ganja, unfortunately those are ment to be used with a garden hose. I did find a 1 gallon sprayer that some folk's use to water indoor potted plant's and bought it. The sprayer comes with a two foot extension and should save what's left of my spine. thanks again.
they dont do to well alongside photoperiods tom. 12/12 stunts them hugely. i tried a pineapple express alongside once and got a huge tall plant with leaves dropping off and a tightly twisted bud at the very top that was awful. I treated it like a photoperiod as the " easy to grow" caught me out on the light cycle. if you did an 8 week veg for the photoperiods and germed them all at the same time then you would have a harvest while while the photoperiods flower after the flip/harvest. 8 weeks veg to grow from seedling to trained and ready for flowering isnt too long considering when we count veg actually starting with 5 nodes to start the training too. This is my thinking for my next photoperiods run too( Original sensible seeds run). I have freebie fast buds green crack from my autos purchase that i cant fit in to the run this time so will use it this way.
