My first MH tent was great, second one , not so much. Even the material is thinner with light leaks. I agree with HH.

) and it takes you right there...scroll down a little and get the $90.00 package deal...free shipping,too.The instrument alone is $69.53-I'd need the other stuff too,so I figured just get it all at once!

I just played around on a cardboard box site, here’s an example of a 6’x6’x8’ custom white box. Looks like they also offer a flame retardant chemical spray inside too (not sure we’d want that, but an option). You can make them ANY size right out of the gate, and for instance this one would be $361. TBH that’s not a terrible price if it worked... cheaper than a gorilla tent, taller, looks nicer, way easier to set up, custom size, etc. etc..
LOL god it’s such a silly thought, but I love it. Carcass, I really think there’s some brilliance to your experiment.
This is incredibly absurd considering my really nice 4'x4x'7' tent cost me $89, is light proof, has all the ports for my ventilation, bar hangers for the lighting and everything else needed, and is coated in tough mylar. If anything, convert an unfinished dresser, filing cabinet, or a bedroom closet into a grow if you really want a small minimal space. Paying $300 plus for a simple cardboard box is absolutely insane. You could get a large one for free from numerous places.
This has been a cool grow to catch up on, all that aside.

My box was $18.00-I would have used a refrigerator box if
I could of found one at the time
I'm happy with mine,it could be a little taller,but so far I've made 44" work.

@carcass are you using any pk products at all ???. probably a silly question but i had a beautiful 10oz super iced grapefruit go from beauty to fried beast in a week due to still using pk .Happy Monday!
Time for a little update...The Peyote Critical is hanging in the closet drying now,so the Northern Lights has the box all to herself now...She's not looking real good,though...
I posted a pic of her yesterday,because she's acting odd this last week,got some great advice on how I managed to screw her up this late in the game-
I gave her a "clean out the old nutes" flush last Monday,and then when I recharged her nutes,
I called 6.8 "good enough" on the pH....the high pH caused nutrient lockout...molybdenum especially....her leaves were already fading a little,and this accelerated the fade,so now the upper leaves look "mostly dead".
I think a little light burn might be going on also,although she's been ok with the light every since she stopped stretching-anyway, that and the deficiency worked together to make things get pretty ugly.....
The buds,however,are just fine...
I also spread her out a little so the lower buds can finally get some light
It's hard to see just how bad it looks in the big pics,so here's "a closer look"-ewwww!
There's a little foxtailing going on,which is fine,since they're pretty frosty:
She's going to be harvested in a few days- I quick dried a little bud yesterday,and even though there's almost no amber trichs,the smoke works just fine...
So I'll do a little update on harvest day,later on in the week...
And then there's little Ms Cheese- 14" tall now (up from 8" a week ago)
She's coming right along,and the bugs haven't been bothering her this week,so that's a good thing...she does have a little spider living on her,which may be helping with the bugs...
of course he wasn't around at picture time,but I've seen him 4 or 5 times during the last
week,so he's there somewhere...
So she'll be my journal subject till I get these going,which won't be long from now:
From @SeedsMan -I decided to go with a couple of purple(ish) autos
That's about all for today...,but I'll be back here in a week with the latest "goings on"

Hi,GG,good to see you!
I AM using Mega Crop's "Bud Explosion" 21%P & 40%K....Do you think I should of stopped using them awhile back?
The PC showed no ill effects,but the Northern Lights may just be more sensitive-
At any rate,It doesn't matter now,she's not going to get any more water or nutes before harvest,but I'll keep that in mind on my upcoming grow.

I think if close enough to the end now. some finishing products can go too long if an end drags out. I fried mine with canna pk which I tried to use till near end. Might be that pk causing the burn/frazzle. it just doesnt look external to me. i am going to use pk warrior but it is ok for long term use due to its different levels than normal pk but.... using the finishing product "dragon force" past 1 week has been attributed to hermies when used too longv Anyone else here have a thought on this one. @Emilya ?

Not heard that one, but it is possible I guess... these plants only let you push them so far before they react

referring more to the pk use than the finisher emilya ?.
Are you using MegaCrop 2.0 (9-6-17) along with the Bud Explosion? If you are, I'd say you're looking at nute burn, not to mention P and K toxicity.
Greenleaf's supplements were designed to be used with MC 1.0 and throw your nutes out of whack with the 2.0 version.

So whether it was pH,or nute burn,or light burn,or all three working together...It's something I did-but that's good,in a way,because I know what not to do again...
You know,Shed,I seem to remember you saying a long time back,that I didn't need to use the additives with the new MC2.0...I heard you,but figured well, I've got the stuff,so I might as well use it up....so that's where I zigged when I should have zagged...
So I'm going to call it a lesson learned,and just stick with straight MC from now on.
Thank goodness it didn't really show up till almost the end...
