CaptainLucky's First Indoor Golden Tiger Grow 2023

I would lower feeding strength somewhat and feed more often and see how she respons. I believe a common misconception on this forum is feeding frequency and dry backs growing in soilless.

A plant needs optimal environmental factors met, not a wet and dry cycle for optimal rate of nutrient uptake and growth. I believe you learn what optimal nutrient uptake really is by going from growing in containers and then hydro and back to containers. Then you've learnt the hydro mentality about increased rate of growth and feeding frequency. I feed up to 7 times in 24h in soilless.
It’s worth a shot, I’ll try first thing in morning and then a couple hours before lights out and see if it helps. CL🍀

:welcome:Journal Update: I started feeding twice daily in the hopes of eliminating the yellowing leaves and decided to start both Tigers since they are closer to harvest it might improve them both of them. I also bought some more jars 🫙 for the rest of my Chocolate Thai but the hygrometers aren’t going to be here till tomorrow. Hopefully with RH in the 68-64 range in my basement they’ll be ok till tomorrow. The pistils on both Tigers are still white so no need to scope them yet. I hope everyone is having a nice weekend and a healthy grow. And remember that the Sponsors make it possible for @420 Magazine to provide us with this site. And also all the amazing work that they do for the cannabis community. So try to use them when you can. Also being a member is not only pictures, likes and compliments but participation in the monthly competitions and entering, nominating and voting for your favorites. Happy growing n stay tuned. Here’s a pic or two from today. CL🍀. :morenutes::cheesygrinsmiley:

Pssst! Just a pointer but the aluminum tray in the bottom is a little conserning to me. Aluminium leaches and you don't need much of it for it to become a problem.

I made some distances to hold a feed ring in Aero and after weeks of growth the roots finally hit the aluminum distances and reeeeally started to complain about it. I didn't realize just how sensitive they are to that mineral before that happened. Covered them with bitumen tape after that incident and the problem disappeared.

It’s a relatively new addition and since I feed to runoff daily it makes it easier to reuse it for yard plants. But I’ll raise it up until I can find a better replacement. CL🍀. :thanks:

Please tell me this plant isnt as big as it looks, oh my God 😳😳😳😳😳😳😳

Well first I vegged it for 3 months and now it’s like day 106 I think since being flipped. But she’s a Golden Tiger so according to Ace seeds she is devastating to all but the hardest hardcore of Sativa users. lol CL🍀

I want to make a shoutout to @Wastei. Great call on my closet Tiger sitting in an aluminum tray. No air was getting to the bottom of my pots. I don’t know wtf 😳 I was thinking 🤔 but I guess I wasn’t. Gotta get something else for my tent Tiger. Thanks amigo I think I’ll start seeing some improvement. CL🍀. :thumb: :cheer:

That's why we're here and that's awesome to hear bud! Cheers! :peacetwo:

Chocolate Thai Update : These buds smell sooo skunky sweet and are ready for the jars 🫙. Another quick trimming first, stems are still bending. I’m going jar these and monitor the RH. Might have to let them dry longer. CL🍀. :thumb: :cheesygrinsmiley:

I want to bottle this fragrance and pour it everywhere I go. It’s intoxicating.😍 CL🍀
I can only imagine I keep thinking Thai sticks covered in dark chocolate

Amazing, cant wait to hear a review
The dried larf that I’ve been smoking is the hardest hitting weed I’ve smoked. It’s pretty amazing how after 5-6 really good hits it’s almost like psychedelic. CL🍀. :hookah::cheesygrinsmiley:
