Thanks, Dennise, that would be awesome! I figure another 4 or 5 days and maybe some will start showing roots, but I don't know. This is the first time I've used these rooter plugs.

I have some per the suggestion of King but I have not used them yet. I don't seem to have much trouble with the cloning thing... who knew! But with that said my first to not make it is still struggling in the box cause I won't accept defeat just yet but I don't think I have ever had one look as good as yours do except the top my dog ate.....:circle-of-love:

Nope.. Just cut em' off then put them in water and cut them again at a 45 degree then stick em in cloning powder (if I remember to) and stick em' in a jiffy puck thingy and then put a dome of some sort on em' keep it pretty moist and humid take the dome off twice a day for a few to let them breath and I usually mist them then in about 10/12 days stick em' in a pot of dirt. There ya go. Cloning Dennise style. When you want to find the easiest way to do something give the job to the laziest person ya know and they will figure out how to do it the easiest way.. Haha, nice. Yeah, that's pretty much how I do it. I used the jiffy puck things last round, but I was frustrated by their lack of ability to hold onto the cuttings tightly. So that's why I'm going with the rooter plug things. These are some generic ones that are available to me. So far, so good!

im really lazy and I use a bubble cloner and no humidity dome required
good to change water every couple days but ive done it without changing out the water often lol

Interesting, no dome required? I guess with the constant water source, you don't have to worry about the wilting issue? I dunno, I would love to try one, but I think I would have to make it myself. I imagine it's cheaper to run the bubble cloner than it is to buy these rooter plugs every time!

Haha thanks, yeah it just popped into my head, go figure! I'm ready for spring too :)

I don't like to trim the leaves if I don't have to. I did on one or two of the super huge ones, because I needed the room and they were smothering the other clones!

I'm looking forward to getting these clones planted soon! I'll then move the Blue Cheese experiment into the tent, that thing may just produce some tasty bud on the side! It'll be just a bonus.

yea my bubble cloner is a diy just a small I think its a gallon and a half or 2 gallon bucket I made it 4 site
a double airpump with 2 stones works better if you change the water every couple days just plain water but you could use on of those rooting additives too sometimes I get lazy and change the water a week lol but it does work better if you do it every 2 days

Do you use the clones you rooted in the bubble cloner go into soil, or do you grow them out hydro or aquaponically? I wonder because root development is different in water than it is in soil so there would be some xplant shock going from the bubble cloner to the soil. I'm new and learning...

Quick little update. I just visited the grow room and I'm happy to say that at least one of the clones is already poking out roots! I think it's been less than 7 days? Pretty sweet!
It's a Pennywise Clone.

I'll give the rest of them some time to hopefully poke roots through as well. I think most will, as they are all looking pretty good at the moment. Thank goodness for heating pads! And those rooter plugs, so far, are ace. Worth the 30 cents or whatever, a piece, they cost. ( if I buy in bulk, I think I can get them down to 25 cents a piece - maybe they are even cheaper online somewhere, I dunno )

The Blue Cheese cluster is pushing preflower pistils everywhere. I think she's soon ready to put in the tent! She's so anxious to flower, she'll probably produce faster than the gals that are already in the tent!

They've now been flowering for almost a week as well. There should be a pistil party happening in there soon!
