The green color in these pics is filtered a bit, in order to counter act the pinks from the light. The color isn't true to what they would look like under daylight.

My plan was to put some tomato cages on these, but they have gotten so big, so fast, that I may have missed the window. Seems like I'll be going with plan B...

This Dawgfather has really grown a lot. It's much wider now than it was just a few days ago. I think she's trying to catch up to Penny...

The other Dawgfather is growing, but she's still a bit behind the others. I'm really wanting to see her have a growth spurt before I flip to 12.

Penny is definitely the biggest still, and she's taller by a few inches, even with me tying her back as much as possible. What I want though, is for her to spread out more, like the DF is doing.

The clones are growing fast. I'll need to transplant them fairly soon. The two dudes are growing like crazy and will be cut back severely tomorrow.

I am looking forward to cloning the girls. Although, I'm worried that they will get big too quickly and be ready to flower before the flowering tent is available... ( My mind is already dreaming of having two flowering tents. lol. Easy, tiger. )

Be careful... I got all freaked and thought the top I cut off of SBR wasn't gong to make it so in my panic I took 2 clones off the top and had already taken 2 smalls ones just in case because there are no more seeds of her and I didn't want to loose the strand (sorry King I forgot what you told me it was called) and guess what..... they are all alive!!!! I have no idea what I am going to do with them but what a great problem to have!!!......:circle-of-love:

Haha no kidding. One of those 'gasp' moments of horror and disbelief. But yes, the ladies are young and I haven't flipped yet. I think all will be well.

...and I've started a nice healthy batch of tea. I think this will be the richest tea I've made yet. Yummy!

Thanks, I'll keep an eye for for brown pistils. However, there are only a few pistils even showing right now, which are pre-flower pistils. Even so, I hope they didn't get hit.

I think it went thru customs on the 27th so who knows. Seeing as of they were gracious enough to gift it to me I don't guess I should complain about the slow shipment..:high-five: but I sure will be glad when it get here...... Look forward to seeing your new babies..:circle-of-love:

Different variety's of cannabis are called strains.

The product "Bush Master" is said to make male flowers sterile. so if you use this product at the star of flower and you get a few bananas you should get no seeds.

all I know about it is is not organic so I never tried it. Do you know whats in it cause I been wondering and been thinking about using it. And why is it on the market if its so bad.

If it's not organic, I wouldn't use it anyway. But if it has carcinogens, that sounds even worse.

Good afternoon, everyone.

So, does anyone know if adding a little bit of organic liquid nutes to compost tea would damage the tea at all? I added some once and it pretty much stopped the bubbles from forming. I'd like to add a little nutes to one gallon for one plant, but I don't want to ruin the tea. Thoughts?

I googled around and found that it contains paclobutrazol. Using this on plants intended for ingestion or sale for consumption is illegal in the US.

The EPA has banned it for those purposes due to toxicity found in tests done on rats. It causes serious liver damage among other things. Another site I read said that is now being linked to sterility in men who have ingested it, but I've not found the data to back that up.

I don't know if it would hurt the tea or not, but I sure wish I did know.

I feel like it wouldn't, as I can mix all of my nutes together as long as I'm adding them into an already diluted mixture. I just can't mix the concentrates together. But I could be terribly wrong! I'll be watching for an answer too :)

Dresney tea is liquid nutes as long as it organic it boost the tea.

Well, what I did was go ahead and give them the tea as is for now, and I'll see how they respond ( the one, in particular )

Tea is more about microbes & soil health and isn't typically full of much 'nutes'. I just didn't want to 'deactivate' what I bubbled over night. I had a lot of good stuff in there.

I also took what was left of the tea mixture, combined it with some left over super soil and top dressed the plant that seems to be needing something, before I gave her the tea.

If after two or three days, she's still looking deficient, I'll feed her some nutes. She's always been finicky, that one.

Here's Penny under a CFL, so you can get a sense of her true colors. She's insanely huge and bushy. Let's just say she's a full figured lady! ;)

This camera distorts the pics, which sucks, because I think it makes things look a bit weird and possible smaller than they really are.

Here's a side shot of Penny. It's a freakin' jungle in there! Hard to tell from the pic just how thick and bushy she is, but you might get an idea.

I'm real close to flipping. But I'm still not sure when I will do it. Maybe this weekend, maybe later this week. I want to see how the DF responds to the tea first...
