Well WB I'm not sure what to think right now. You've got me by 63w, but i'm using a 63w on the side. Your harvest will tell me a lot i guess.
I'm already working on my LED array design that will hold 2 over, 2 side angle, and 1 rear angle. It's looking like we either add some Tek 5s or something or encircle all LED.
Did you check out Mama after the twist yet?

Day 46 @ 12/12
These pics were taken yesterday (day 46 half way into weeek 6) they are a 9 and 8-10 week strain under 252w of HGL LED. They were vegged for almost 1 month. I am injecting CO2 at 1500PPM. The reservoir has been maintained at 68 degrees the entire grow. I am using the full line of Advanced Nutes and following there feeding schedule as a base.
The last update it was pretty obvious they were behind where they should be. They have filled up these past few days so I wanted to post some pics to see what you all thought.

Hey I did check out lil mama and she is looking nice that twisting method is really sweet. I would add the T5s to the LEDs if your going to use LED as your main light source. They just dont produce nearly as well as the claims. I am not very happy with my lights as I am sure you can tell.

Yours aren't much different than my Chronic Hazes at the same point in the grow (using 400W HPS). This pic is of one of them at day 47:
My other strain is way ahead of that, despite being 3 days younger. I wouldn't be depressed about anything yet if I were you, especially if yours are 9-10 week strains.

Hey I am just about to catch up on your journal. I wouldn't really say depressed more like disappointed. Do you have any shots comparing that plant with a lighter or something for size reference? Yours looks bigger then mine was that plant topped or anything?

I'll take pics with a Bic after lights on tonight. I'm also thinking about doing a short vid of the tent and posting on Youtube.
I don't think the pic I posted showed a bigger bud than yours. And I haven't topped anything. Didn't want to do that first grow, although next time I'm either going to try 12/12 from germination to keep vertical growth down, or simply planting fewer plants and topping do do the same thing.

Well i've definitely seen enough to not be ready to give up on the LEDs yet. I'm probably going to check out HGLs 205w to go with the 126w and 63w. I'd have nearly 400w that way anyway and i am seeing enough from the 63w as a sidelite to make me think it's worth the effort. I will still have a whole other half the cab 2 x 1.75 x 6 to experiment around in. I'll throw some T5s into the mix somewhere and by this summer i should have a decent amount of experience to start dialing things in.
i'd run a scrog next run for sure and compare to this one...seems like these LEDs are made for that. Don't get down buddy they've still got some time to fatten up

hey Warbux i can post pics of my pervise and current grow at the same time of flowering so you can also you that as a gide line since i am ahead of you. you should be able to out yield me by far because i dont use co2 and i am in soil with one light. if that will help led me know bro!

i am not disappointed because my grow insnt over yet, and i for one am going to wait to see my plants on the scale, to see whats what. also i never paid a dime for these leds for i am not worried about being out of money expect for yield.
i will not say that these lights don't bud, but just not as good as claimed. (from what i have seen) thats where i have a issue. i watch every led grow and take them all in consideration but the real test is with my grow for me, i can see them every day step by step and i can also see what led is better between the two. plus i get to play with free toys

I agree don't give up on LEDs its all about spectrum. Prosource is the better flower light IMO and hgl the better veg.

I only know what the seed companies posted, and that's 8 weeks for the California Dream, and "within 10 weeks" for the Chronic Haze. Sounds OK so far, since the Cali Dreams are visibly ahead of the Chronic Hazes in bud development. Won't know by experience until it's over.

ya its on another fourm. it was with a 90w tri-ban ufo doing 4 sativas. then at 5 weeks of flowering i put in a 180w ufo. if you look at my avitar pic with the beer can bud that was my last grow, also i think their is a profile pic to. if you ever want to see some pics of the same stage your in i can post some pics if you want, i have pics of all weeks of flowering..
their is also a full grow from start to finish with allot of great info about leds.
