Boo’s Perpetual Grow Journal

It has been cold and rainy all day with more tomorrow. I took the time to finally clean up the Playhouse. Once DB is done I will clean the tent in anticipation of my little autos.

Got the gaggle of bug fighters put away. ALSO got my bag of MG crushed into sand like particles and put into a 2 gal bucket. VERY happy about that.

This is my little hack for sucking out the hot air in the tent. It works pretty well, but I think I need to work on bringing fresh air into the tent...:hmmmm:

Clean space! That table was filthy.
This is the tent with the cabinet tucked slightly behind it. I love that little cabinet. It has worked out very well and has little to no footprint when it's dark out. Sweet .

Hope all are off to the beginnings of a great weekend!
Noice, such pretty babies! They look strong! Why are they so dark? Just cause green is green or are they dark? I am really asking lol

You are busy, Boo! I am eyeing that closest dreaming up a Frankenstein version ;)

LOL. Thanks Konk! They are very green. They seem to be very happy little gals so far. Perhaps it's the MC? I think also that they look especially green (to me) due to my outdoor grows having such horrible looking leaves. :laughtwo:
There are plenty of people around here who have repurposed simple items and grown spectacularly. Have you checked out @carcass journal?
Thanks for stopping by!
Love your play house it a nice space with great ambiance!
Thanks Oldsmokey! It certainly has turned into my space.

That might be why I asked :p I only have my sad, "seedings that could" to compare them to

Added: I have seen carcass through the goody overlap. This morning was in a bud rot post that has me now headed to see goody, ty.

ULH is 18 days old and Zkittles is 15 days old. When should I start planning to transplant? :hmmmm:
As long as both are in before 21 days you're good. I'd leave the Zkittles at least a few more days though. This will be their final home so make them nice and cozy.

Thanks MrS! By “in” do you mean in her final pot by 21 days? I thought I would go with 3 gal pots. I do want to top one of them....:battingeyelashes: Not sure if you can see it but the ULH has large kind of wavy leaves (she’s a messy hair girl) while the Zkittles is very straight each node is spaced nicely. And if I’m gonna top I might as well try to clone. They are both getting to the point of being contenders but my gosh the clone would be tiny - perhaps I can just wait and fly by the seat of my pants? :cheesygrinsmiley:

With autos you don't want to transplant more than once. So yes, this should be the final pot regardless of the size you plan on using.

will continue staying away from the stem when watering
No need to stay away from the stem any more, but I wouldn't saturate the entire pot. When I upcan from a solo cup into a much bigger pot, I water up to an inch beyond the original root ball, and extend out from there with each watering as the roots grow into the new soil. Going into a 1 gallon would be different.

I would say you're okay at 2g/gallon for now but wait for MrS for confirmation.
