according to tracking the package wasn't even in country til 2 wks past the expected delivery. it also looks like they lost it at the border. no movement once it hit the country, so there's a good chance it got intercepted.

thanks, that's exceptionally generous but not needed.
they'll either arrive a bit later or i'll pull the trigger on some non-sponsor seeds. i don't wanna wait til next wk to order if i have to though. i needed to have started them already and if i wait for weed seeds express to resend i'll be way out of time.

i have a pile of reg seeds and a few fem hanging about as well begging to be used before they get too old. i normally do photos, but am trying to squeeze a short hempy auto run in as experience, and trying to fill a few jars while at it.
gods are probably telling me i'd suck at the autos lol
Congrats on the takedown bluter! I'm looking forward to seeing all those big buds with the toasted leaves removed.

the fans didn't need any persuasion to get removed. most were just a tug ..
dad's concerned. we have 50% rh but we normally hang at under that. they've been up since monday- teusday and i'm probably jarring today or tommorow. the gorilla can hang a day or so past the powerplant.
haven't hung under this much rh for two grows lol
50% would be ideal for me to start. And after two days I want it closer to 60%!

this plant was so happy about chop that it kissed the floor
rest of the dive team joined in
trim ready 4 days later
my rh hovered around 35% which shortened the hang. trimmed them out over two days and was maybe 24 hrs late. they came out a bit dry, but nothing that i can't work with. i had already pulled one for trimming when i took the pic.
did the three power plant the first day. i coulda pulled them earlier, but the gorilla glue hung us up. more on that later.
the power plant have turned out to be amazing sativas, i don't think i've had better smelling weed going in to a jar in a few yrs. even my mom came down to have and said she loved the odor. i haven't even tried it and i'm willing to grow more already lol
that's a 3 plant 2L hempy haul for reference.
i really shoulda run more of these. the clone run with the BE blew the mother run out of the water. smaller plants on the clone run too over all. these trimmed out really easy even though they were classic sativa structure.
wish i could describe the aroma. myself and my folks tried to figure it out for a bit. it's sort of fruity, with something like frankincense hanging around in the back. it smells a touch different than the mother run too. probably the BE.
and the gorilla glue haul
check out the table cloth. no matter what time of year, it's always christmas at harvest ...
that's 5 plants in 2L hempy if anyone wants to compare production. the gorilla glue were a bit harder trim, and were a bit leafier.
they also ran us long, which was a big surprise. they are an indica leaning hybrid, but i took some sativa phenos i thought would run with the power plant a bit better. surprise, they wanted more time than the flat out sativas did. never saw that one.
the gorilla glue have a strong sandalwood aroma. mothers did too. mothers have a bit of an up to them as well, and then the indica mellow kinda takes over. be interesting to see how these do, as they look / smell a bit stronger than the mothers as well.
i got everything in to jars a touch under 60% rh. i added the stalks as you see in the pics, which brought me up to a point i can get a burp in for a wk or so to start a decent cure. some would just jar it and call it a day. i like the burp phase to ensure everything is stable before they get locked up for the longer cure.

Great harvest post bluter! When the buds touch the floor is another good way to recommend that it's harvest time.
Jars look full and the trim looks great, and nothing says Christmas like orange and green? It's red and green down here in the States but it's good to know what's what in Canada now.

harvest is not so hard when they beg ...
slightly more socialist colours here.
we're not afraid of a good compromise middle ground everyone can live with. i mean, even santa has a cdn address.
i'm having a great time smoking some yr old lsd tonight.
ripped the end of my thumb off when a drill slipped. need the pain killer lol.
hit a buried nail. was building my mom some risers for the container garden. my folks neighbour tore down the old fence and gave us the old lumber.

yes. me stupid. shoulda been wearing gloves i guess. i just never really work that way.
i got 2 bandaids and a pile of tape wrapped around it. it was pretty close to stitch worthy, but i couldn't afford the hassle of going to emerge. having a beer and chaser for good measure. the lsd seems to be doing more though.
on the plus side i love the risers. now have a semi-permanent home for the outdoor hydro garden. next year we just rip the covers off and give 'er.
neighbours prolly gave us $600 bucks worth of lumber. even used lumber is going pricey now
