Most people use Knox brand or whatever store brand is available. Doesn’t have to be the fancy gelatin sheets.

I'm looking forward to making some Gummies. I like my tincture but that 180 proof and above Everclear burns like a son of a bitch when taking it sublingually.

Saturday Update Time!
Not too much going on with the grow. It’s that time period where the active growth is pretty much stopped and it’s time to build flowers. Feeding about half and half veg and bloom nutes, with some cal-mag. Feeding about twice a week, but supplement with plain water if they dry out between feedings.
I’m just doing a a pic of one of each strain to keep it simple.
Auto Duck, aka “Auto Duck-less”. All three Auto Ducks are doing well, and all about the same height. This one is topping out at about 25” or about 0.66 cm. They are blooming, but the blooms still look pretty immature. I’m guessing four to five weeks left for these.
CBD Crack from Fast Buds. Topping out at 24 inches or 61 cm, she has this amazing dark green color, looks very purple in the tent. Her sister doesn’t have the same coloration, but is about the same height. She has colas that are further along than her sister and the Auto Ducks. I’m guessing three to four weeks left on this one. I may snip the tips to do some back building, I just don’t know if I should do it now, or wait another week.
The runt of the bunch is the White Widow Auto. She about 16 inches (40cm), but I’m hoping she continues to put on some height. I’ve still got her on her booster seat in the tent, right under the main light so she gets the best PAR value. She’s in bloom, but very stunted compared to the others. She’s probably less than a week behind the others in age, but I would say about 2-3 weeks behind in growth. I think she’s 5-6 weeks away at the minimum.

A shot of the hempy bucket of hemp in its new home. It has shown no signs of bloom, so I’m thinking it’s just plain old feral hemp, and not ruderalis as advertised. I’ve put it outside. If it lives, great, if not, I’m not bothered. I’m going to run Cherry Wine at some point, it’s a 0/10 THC/CBD strain. I want some just for it’s own benefit, but also want to be able to mix some with my high THC strains to make custom mixes.
Last show is a bit of back yard wildlife. This is Princess sunning her old bones in the 92F (33c) heat. (The MG soil is because of The Roommate doing some planting. My outdoor pots are in a custom mixed soil. )

Very nice update! 
I haven't had the motivation to an update yet. Things are coming along nice but I'm still waiting on the last light and drivers. They should turn up in early in next week. Busted my neck this weekend in the summer house. So I'm taking it easy today... We have Mothers Day here today so I should go and see her...
I noticed you got (some?) rust spots on you leaves, is this a sign of cal/mag deficiency? I got loads of them on one or two plants but the others are clean...
Great to see that hempy one outside! I'm running low on my Candida now so I should get some more CBD seeds going to. Love the effect of it in pain relief especially when as you say mixit with some THC.
I see you are a dog loving person! Great, I cant live without my Ginza, German Sheppard.
Nice plants overall you got there.
How is the corn light doing? Got it running yet? I found this kind of light at a hardware store here, but this was an Osram light at 4000 kelvin, veeery expensive round 250$.

Not a rust spot, exactly, just a lower leaf ending it’s life cycle. I’m actually really pleased with the look of this batch, I’ve had problems with yellowing in flower previously. My top canopy doesn’t have burned tips! Lol
This run has had commercial cal-mag added to their feed since the beginning, and it shows a huge difference. I think I may get some silica as well for the next batch, since that is also supposed to help with warm temps.
Since I mainly grow for treating pain, I’m very interested in CBD as well as THC. I’ve noticed a very distinct effect when I dose. The THC is great for nerve pain, which is what I need for sleep. I have a very fucked up back, and my left leg has been partially paralyzed for seven years. I get a neuropathic pain in my leg, and the cannabis seems to block the connection between the pain signal and my brain. The CBD Crack is a 1:1 ratio of THC/CBD, so I’m pretty excited to see how that one effects me. I don’t really like being high, so if I do dose during the day, it’s with CBD only.
The Roommare and I have three large dogs - two lab mixes and a terrier mix. The smallest one is about 22 kilos. We live in an area that has a huge problem with stray animals - people will abandon their dogs quite frequently here once they stop being cute, or abandon them instread of training them if they have behavior problems. It’s shameful, really.
I switched out the corn light for the red cob when that came in a few weeks ago, but the corn light will make an appearance again at some point. By moving the hemp plants outside, I was able to shut down my little makeshift grow box, and I’m hoping that helps keep temps down in the big tent. I think it will work fine during the cooler months, but today is supposed to be 34c and tomorrow 36c...later in the week up to 38c. Even though the tent is in an air conditioned house, it’s in a closet and that room doesn’t get as cool as I would like. I actually woke up this morning sweating up a storm and had to turn on a small window unit. I try not to use it too often, since it adds a lot to the energy bill

I have been thinking of getting the cal/mag every time I've ordered the nuts but always forgot... Now is that time again and this time I won't forget...
Definitely will be growing more CBD, been looking of some older strains with lower THC and higher CBD like 6/6%... I'm not in the exploring stage more so those 25-30% THC strains is not the interesting anymore. I smoke less but more often.
Great to hear you are such a dog/animal rescuer... Here we don't have much abandoned dogs, more cats. Read the other day a dog was rescued from a garbage dumpster... Wish some one could strangle those that do harm to animals.

My personal opinion is that any person who abuses an animal should suffer the same abuse for the same amount of time. They would then understand why it was considered abuse.

Off this week and working in the pottery studio all day, but I thought I’d take a mid-week canopy shot. The tall colas in back are one of the CBD Crack; I super cropped those over this morning after I took that shot.
Also, took a half a brownie and it’s kicking in, so fun with mud is going to be interesting today. Lol

Lovely shot at your grow! That CBD crack is it 100% CBD or some THC? Find it hard at my local seed shop to find out feels like some take CBD just for a catchy name...

CBD Crack is from Fast Buds out of Spain. It’s a 1:1 strain with about 10% each.
