Not to much going on but we have some steady growth and just as steady environmental conditions
. She is growing at a noticeable rate daily, about double in size since last post two days ago.... I think I got a strong one here 
She's sitting under P1000 100w @ 50% 14" away.
And has been edge watered.
No nutrients yet.
No pests
No deficiencies...... Yet
No worries
I'm just patiently waiting for fourth node and all the fun stuff begins. The early stage is cute and all...ehhhh

Week 1 Update from the kitchen grow
It is likely that I will raise the light to 50 % to adjust ppfd to a higher rate. I can go up to 500 ppfd but I'd have to adjust the timing to keep to the DLI, which is why I prefer the middle ground for now.

UPDATE: The seedlings are now in their Solo cups. I have a COB LED strip light wrapped around a piece of plexiglass and hanging above the seedlings. It is about 6" from the tops, in order to keep the stretch down. The Gorilla Zkittlez in the back on the right stretched a bunch on the first and second day of breaking soil. That was the first one up.
I don't remove them from the rockwool cubes, they get planted right into the soil.

Organization......what's that? LOL I am at the point right now that rather than write a long to-do list for the day, I have post-it notes on almost every room door in the house reminding me what I need to do in there today.It's ok mine always stretch a bunch young.

I fell a few pages behind. That was both a blessing and a curse.
On the one hand, I got to read the galz meticulously planned and flawlessly executed germination processes! But that meant I also had to wade through the somewhat slapdash efforts of the guyz. Hell, Papa "Pain Pill's" plants were about 6 days old before he even remembered to bury them. Sheesh.
Frankly, I amazed the guyz got anything to germinate. But as they say, even a blind squirrel finds a nut now and then.
Carry on guyz and girlz. This is a fun read!

I took inspiration for the spreadsheet from @HashGirl. She is a master of spreadsheets. I did mine in Excel.
