DAY 7 MILKY WAY.
Alright we are a week in and looks like everyone has at least one up and at em
good job everyone
Now onto little milky way by
@Royal Queen Seeds . All is great on this end, she's growing steady and almost has her first full set. Every two days she is about double her size, if this keeps up she's going to be a little monster of a plant.
I also checked root growth and they were full out the sides and just starting to touch the bottom of the mini cup ( I forgot to get a picture, but it's not something I normally photograph
)......so I decided to uppot now instead of waiting. It should be fine.... I haven't had any real stunting or issues when I've done it early in the past.
She has been checked over for issues, pests, other.... And she seems to be tip top and I have nothing to worry about
. I do have mosquito bits, sticky traps, and the sand in preparation of fungus gnats..... hopefully we can keep em at bay. After first feeding of
@GeoFlora Nutrients Veg in a week or so, I'll be covering the top with an inch of sand. Again a new process for me but it seems to be doing a fantastic job of deterring soil dwelling insects from messing with my outside plants....so I'm going to roll it over to indoor.
The temperature has fluctuated a little due to outside conditions. We've had a string of strong but short passing storms that have cooled things off then raise humidity followed by hot cloudless sun.......and repeat
if i don't like the weather I just wait five minutes. Any how the temps have varied between 70-80f / 21.1-26.6c, with the humidity remaining fairly stable between 55-60%.
The light
@ViparSpectra P1000 has been lowered a couple inches and the intensity increased from %30 to %50 due to the stretch I was getting. Now I just have to watch her to make sure she doesn't have any ill effect from the adjustment.
That about wraps it up on this end. Can't wait to see everyone's updates
