I'll probably end up at least trying the 600w and cool tube combo. It's not just the heat produced from the light that's the concern but also the heat produced from the 2 other tents. We're ok at the moment because the UK is cold and damp so the extra heat is welcome but next week looks to be warming up again. To be fair though, the combined heat from the 3 lights I'm currently using is probably close to HPS levels anyway.

Flowering Day 15....

The POG is just an awesome plant. She's pushing flowers and slowing on the stretch a bit. There's still 5 days left before she's trimmed and then we'll see if the thrips like having there habitat reduced. The bottom leaves are still getting hit pretty badly but they'll all be coming off soon enough. Loving this plant....

Flowering Day 16....
It's been a rainy day so we were forced to take work off which meant I got the chance to do some well needed cleaning and tidying in the grow room. The POG has had more sprays and all I'm doing with her is waiting for the end of week 3 so I can trim the hell out of her. I'll be increasing the nutrients slightly with the next feed but haven't decided by how much just yet....

I can see something that the camera can't on the surface of the SL's pot and that is movement. The Strawberry Lemonade's are on their way!

I'm saving her for when she has a bit more body before I enter the comp. it's tempting but I don't like the idea of entering the same plant twice and I think that she's going to look great in a months time

There might be a chance to enter one of the other two for July's comp. I could go either way but I think the GZ would be chosen over the OS at the moment.

Flowering Day 30....

I finally got around to putting some stickers up, had a tidy and did some moe trimming on these two. It's not been a bad day for the garden. I still can't find a single living thrip on either of these 2 plants and I may struggling to find evidence of there past activities on the older, lower leaves. It's seems like they haven't been feeding on these for some time. The frost is coming on nicely on both plants but more so on the GZ. I can see a couple hairs turning orange the OS as she continues to swell. I'm going to increase the feed for these as well. Again, I'm not sure by how much yet....

I've been trying not to get them covered in hairs as I'm sending some of these pics to Barneys. I can see some starting to appear. The pistils look great close up. Looks like they're covered in more pistils. I can see a bit of Orange appearing in some so we're going to have to say goodbye to the Guy Fieri look soon

I need to stop falling behind with your journal mate. Good job I had the day off! That Phantom og is picture perfect. She’ll look nuts in a months time. The other two are looking great as well. How does your GZ smell? I had some time to pull the two Barneys plants out of the tent for a few shots.

Hi all , heres a quick update today. all growing nicely. after snapping 2 tips off the BG41 and crying for a while. she is moe showing nodes where they snapped off. yay. back on plan for the quads. The phantom is doing amazing and putting on a little size now. Orange Sherbet is a mutant looking girl with her crinkly leaves ??????
Cookie is good and the Gz are impressing me too. one is particularly bigger and different for sure.
