BakedARea's Cultivated Blessings: A Myriad Of Genetics & Shenanigans

Quick Update from this morning. See anything? They look pretty good right?

Well, the two closest plant to the heater took a beating last night. Temps dropped outside pushing the limits of the tent heater and it was on almost all night. Sucking the humidifier dry and certainly sucking these two dry. Yikes! I didn't do a 10pm check last night
So glad these are photoperiod plants right now! Hopefully they don't take too long to recover.

They were all due for a topdress last Sunday. So I went ahead and gave them all their topdress and gave them a drench. I didn't bother adding a worm castings layer on top of it. I had no time this morning. They were all feeling light

The drench consisted of 1 gal of H²0 w/ 2 tsp of yucca extract and 8mL of SNS209. Then I slowly sprayed them all until it was evenly distributed. Updated pics later this evening...IF I'm awake.

Damn low temps. Why cant it just be 75°F everyday all day  plants are looking great other than the temp issue. They have an almost perfect color green.

Tonight it will be like it never happened!
Boy I hope so! I forgot to mention I did some pruning of any leaves I didn't want (previous damage, etc.). I didn't want the plant wasting energy recovering those leaves. They needed to go anyway. So hopefully that will aid in the recovery process.

Thanks! Yeah, my tent temps stayed consistent through the night thankfully. They rest of the plant were fine. Those two though, took the brunt of the heater. I will be changing that tonight (forgot this morning) to only point toward the oscillating tower fan instead.

Hey everyone! Happy Friday. It's been a busy past few days. Some good news and bad news. Tent environment has been struggling with inconsistent temps and RH. Also, my energy and schedule has been a struggle. Thankfully, I'm off tonight and this weekend!!!

The night I topdressed, I filled the humidifier but forgot to turn the heater back on. So that was a fun mental mistake. Thankfully the plants didn't respond too badly. It didn't get cold enough to cause an issue. And you can see the plants recovered decently from the drench.

Later in the day after lights on, I knew the humidifier needed water. I got a notification that it was empty earlier in the day. Unfortunately, that caused a lot of stress on a couple plants. Low RH with the heater on just sucks this plants dry. You can see it in the leaf tips. Sucks!

The two really droopy plants seem to have fully recovered.

Now for the great news! The past 48 hrs have shown an incredible amount of root growth with the clones!!!

Most of them are looking like this. A couple aren't quite as quick to showoff. Have a good night everyone. I'll try and get caught up with folks later. Blessings and love. This world could certainly use more of it.

They bounced back nicely from all the environmental changes, and the roots on the Candida clones look amazing! This made me stop though:

Also, are you going to top the Candida mother? Getting leggy up there!

Crazy right?! I have no idea. I actually noticed it this evening before coming here and reading your comment. Never even noticed it in the pics I took last night. Haa haa. I will go back out and get another close up picture. It honestly looks like leaf of some sort is trying to grow. :hmmmm:
Also, are you going to top the Candida mother? Getting leggy up there!
Yeah, she's about to get a bunch of cuts! I'm going to try and clone a bunch in a single cup like I was reading recently. I vaguely remember you being involved in the convo.

But yeah, she needs another hair cut. I would like to bless others with these genetics just how I was.
Good looking out shed :high-five:
Great gardening BA :passitleft:
Thanks Donk! Much appreciated.

Tonight's update. Temps and RH was much better today. Unfortunately, I have had to use my tap water for the humidifier for the past few weeks and it's taking a toll on my fans and fan leaves. They are collecting all the mineral dust created by the humidifier. So they got a rinse with some...more tap water. Tomorrow, my watering jugs will get filled with some squeaky clean filtered water. I need to clean all my lights and filter. Urgh...

The clones really pushed put more growth in the past 24 hrs! Love this process!

Featuring the best roots of the group on a Rosetta Stone. Hopefully it is a she...

Great pics on the clones roots Baked, I love how furry they are. Your tent is looking very nice as well ;)

Baked! This forest looks wonderful! I very much enjoy your updates! Always full of info, interesting things, and comedy. Thank you for letting me see your girls and laugh with you and your 420 friends!

Thanks a bunch. I love seeing roots on any plant I've attempted to propogate. You should see my house plant collection...a tad bit excessive. Haaa haaa

Aww thanks '82! I'm thrilled you're here with me on this little journey of our growing lives.

A few days behind it seems. A lot has happened in a few shorts days. The tent environment has been erratic which had caused some issues with the plants. Then I did another stupid thing and caused excessive leaf damage. Overly sprayed at lights on, not at lights off. All to rinse off the hard water dust from the humidifier. Dumb!

Been a rough past few days to say the least. I haven't given the plants the best attention but their best has still surpassed mine. Photo dump of the past few days. Have a wonderful and blessed day everyone.

"Quick" pics of the growth underneath the soil! From a couple days ago. Check it out @InTheShed , me delayed response pics to your question about it.

Back on the 27th...

Skipping ahead to last night.
They were all due for a good drench. The best I could provide for them between Sat and last night was a couple quick butt chugs. Sorry, bottom drenches. It bought me some time but certainly not the best method to water plants that have topdressing that likes to be moist. Fixed that last night! Sat my ass down with my sprayer and slowly watered them in. It was some much needed garden time! It also gave me time to do some pruning and inspecting.
No bugs! Not one sighted. Thanks again @Sierra Natural Science for SNS209! I do believe my thrip problem is a thing of the past. Now to keep the maintenance doses on point the rest of the way.

Oh so pretty...

excessive moisture, bright lights, and not enough air flow. This plant was surrounded by the other plants and was the last to dry. I pruned all of this off. Too ugly for my fancy eyes to see in my presence.

Baby Autos starting to drink lots and showing good roots. Time to pot up, probably later today in the very near future.

Clones are all growing and ready for nutrients. They got a light liquid feed of some 1-1-1. I also turned on the light directly above them. They've only been getting indirect light. I have them sitting at an average of 150 ppfd.

Post drench and some defoliation

And now for the exciting news! In my absence, some of these plants decided to show me the goods!!!

Cinderella '99 #1!!! I only found one node showing this immature pistil. But that's good enough for me.

Queen of Soul #1

Rosetta Stone #1

Cinderella '99 #2 - Not sure what to do with him. He probably wouldn't even pay child support. Chuck him to the compost or use him for chucking pollen? I have a safe place inside...but it's still pollen.

That about does it for me today folks. I hope this finds you well and in good spirits. Thanks for joining me here. It really does give me a boost in the positive feelings. Blessings.

Sorry you are struggling to much trying to keep the environment suitable. Your plants are looking great, though, so the struggle must be worth it!
