ICE ICE BABY brother! im so happy and proud of you what with the great grow expierence and new mucho kik azz JOB ! things are defo looking up! i have learned that you have to always look at the positives throughout life or it can get quite unbearable, and laughter is great medicine, look at all the trials i have had in just the last year of journals, from losing entire crops to freezing, spider mite invasions, equipment failuress, lights falling/catching fire, extreme heat damage,ph and defeciencies, bad water pythium and space problems all in abundance and in actually less than a year!! but despite wanting to scrap it all oh i forgot hermie issues, i basically laughed it off and trusted that it would get better knew it would get better!! hell when its that bad it HAS TO,!! and to be honest in 100 yrs who will give a shit anyway??! lol so with super annoying disability's and no clear plan i push forward trusting the universe to take care of me , and my friends & family, and well the universe has yet to fail me! i just believe, laugh, love and trust, oh and crack as many jokes as i can

hey now! no stealing my m.o.lol heres a few more]
im a yeasty kinda doode, lol i have been using many forms for many reasons (bread, beer, wine, mead, sippin whisky,co2) i have a culture of san fran sourdough i keep in the frige for up to a year it lies dormant and i revive it when i go on a bread (home made sourdough bread, pancakes, waffles muffins etc is da bomb) if i keep up with it its easy to revive if i let it go for say 7-8 months it takes a couple weeks to get it super active, but so far it always comes back, im wondering if it may be a little tougher than say red star bread yeast, perhaps i'll try it, i do need some co2 in all 3 tents, so 2 more gens why not try different yeast strains? and perhaps said o2 supplementation via a small aquarium pump i have 3 i got for hydro im not doing atm, , ne wayz i have some pics to post here in a few min, back in a min
videos hmmm well yeah im just trying to figure out what to make it about and what i'll talk about, im in the middle of a move and i am sure i will come up with something soon, but if you guys just want a regular redundant video version to the photo update i can do that, or if you have an idea for one you'd like bidstyle im happy to obligepretty much any thing for my 420fam
i cant seem to get to my most recent posts yours or mine, read them in email but im stuck on pg 27, actually i popped some i picked some spiffy picked and some you guys picked, some went back in the bank, like ak-48 and,k-roc,p-roc,berry bomb etc
ok i found a work around i put my display at 40 post per page now i have only 11 pages, , the big plants are 15.9 days since i put them on 12/12,the smaller are at day 38.2
There is a sourdough bread maker in San Francisco that has had the SAME SOURDOUGH STARTER for over 150 years. They've used the same mother dough since 1849. It survived a the big fire that almost wiped out the whole city. It was saved in a bucket in 1906 and was UNSCATHED by the disaster, and is still in use today to make their famous San Francisco Sourdough.
Yeast, when properly maintained will last forever. It's a fungus, it can't help but to survive.
The name of the place is Boudin. It's at Fisherman's Wharf in San Francisco. And their sourdough is... in a word... best.
lol i know thats where i got my starter from!! i know all about it because i used to live in point richmond as a kid i would walk out on the pier with my grampa and we would get these bread bowls filled with clam chowder made from the days catch and still warm sourdough! one of the most amazing things i have ever tasted i try to replicate it at home, i get close but i dont have the frisco enviros and clams hauled in daily, , i once drove 1400 miles to get some boudin loaves because nothing else will do!!!, you can pack a box full and ship them to me anytime you feel like it , i would declare you a god at that point!!
hmm i shall think about that, im concerned about having my tablet out n about during such a time fears of dropping it,scratching it etc, these things are pricy!, so maybe if i can do it safely ,for now how bout an update after i finish re potting, you may be interested in some of my new hempy'svidjo the move and the set-up!! and triumphant return of the BID to his full swing!
ROFL! No matter how many times I have tried to replicate the Boudin sourdough, it just doesn't have that "TANG". It's gotta be the only thing I can't do... WILD YEASTS IN THE AIR!
for the tang you gotta make it rise very slow, in the frige perhaps, its the wild acidofolous <--spelling
thats gives it tang it grows much slower than yeast, if you add some plain yogurt it helps kinda cheating but delicious!!
