Hi everyone, sorry to interrupt this journal just for a moment. Due to recent happenings in our message forums, we've decided to sever our relationship with TNB Naturals, however are flying their banners for contractual compliance reasons. The separation is due to disagreement in business practices and how people should be treated. 420 Magazine respects TNB's products and wish them well in the future.

From: TNB Naturals
August 24, 2012

Dear 420 Members,

I am writing to you today on behalf of TNB Naturals to offer my sincerest apology and to express my deepest regret for a recent incident that occurred within one of the 420 on-line forums. The response to a 420 member's entitled opinion and a series of related actions by a representative of TNB Naturals was totally inappropriate, unprofessional and disrespectful.

TNB Naturals is a young company that prides itself on providing quality products and prompt service. More important, we strive for and highly value ongoing business relationships built on a foundation of effective communication, integrity, professionalism and mutual respect. Obviously, some members of our company have much to learn.

I accept responsibility and the consequences of this incident and trust that you will accept my apology. TNB Naturals has reviewed this highly unfortunate situation thoroughly and we have learned from it. We are in the process of reorganizing our internal operating structure to prevent any further actions of this nature. I hope you will give us the opportunity to demonstrate our commitment to valued business relationships in the course of providing people with all natural product options.
Warm regards,

Josh Frazier, President
TNB Naturals

We would greatly appreciate it if there were no negative discussions about this to help save us the time of cleaning them up. We now return you to your regularly scheduled grow journal. :Namaste:

I have employees too.. and once in great while one will do and say things they shouldn't and it upsets a client. However, I am very glad to get a second chance to prove our worth when one of my employees makes an error in judgement. If the employee in question is disciplined and understands and learns from the mistake, they get a second chance with me, but NOT with that client. If the employee argues and gets defensive I cut them loose as obviously they don't understand that the customers perception trumps everything else.... facts, fiction, or otherwise.

Finally I offer to "make it right". Whatever the client feels is a fair solution is what they get. It costs big money to get new customers. Keeping a customer costs little in comparison. I think the Vendor should offer to make it right" in this case also.

I would hope 420 and its members might think similar to this and try to repair the relationship so its a WIN/WIN for all.

I thought the appology was humble and accepting of responsibility. I would do busines with someone like that. Integrity in business today is sadly deteriorating from what it once was. Heres a chance to build some integrety for all sides of this.

I am hoping this post will not need to be "cleaned up". A wise vendor will do what it takes to turn this whole mess into a positive for everyone. THink about it! What's best for the community here?

thank you so very much for the interuption and apology, it truly means alot to me,and im sure tbn means it, i only regret the situation had to end on a sour note, i was entered in the member of the month contest and also entered the other contest's so i looked over the prizes naturally to see and noticed tbn was part of it, i was excited to try their product as well as the others in the unlikely event i actually won! i sat here fantasizing about using all the products, now of course even if i did miraclously win one, i wont know or get to review the product from tbn, and i cant in good concious ever use it because of my support and loyalty to 420mag and its members/friends ,but it was a nice thought at the time lol
i really hope this brings some satisfaction and peace of mind to Jandre the person most upset by all of it, , im offically done thinking and talking about this issue, peace, love and joy to all

Re: B.I.D. 3.0 Video Grow - BPN - JDL600 - Coco - GLR - 400WMH - Multi-Strain Tent Pa

sooo,, i recently changed from glr to 18/6 for some reason my veggers were just not growing i had a couple flowering clones revegging and 1 regular chemdog clone on 24/0 and i noticed they were growing much faster than the ones on glr so i thought " hmm wonder if i should switch the main veg tent?" i did, and in just a few days im seeing a marked improvement, strange to me since i have been all about the glr for quite some time now, just not sure what to think, i will use whatever is working best, the 1 chemdog clone that i put in there is easily triple the size of the other clones taken at the same time in the same medium, but with less light! in the 24/0 tent its just a couple 23watt cfls and a 3ft 2 bulb t5, less than 100watts total,!! nothing compared to the 312watt t5 fixture, but since changing the glr to 18/6 a few days ago i noticed today the 2 clones and all the seedlings have shot up quite a bit, its very contrary to what i saw before with glr , i was just wondering if anybody had any theorys why im seeing this opposing result, has me scratching my head..

Re: B.I.D. 3.0 Video Grow - BPN - JDL600 - Coco - GLR - 400WMH - Multi-Strain Tent Pa

I for one, am always lurking just out lf sight, in the shadows... :)

My moms are still on the GLR...everything seemed fine until recently when it almost looked like they had started to flower and then revegged. Mr. Krip had also mentioned something similar. I took some clones and gave them a trim, everything seems okay now...maybe just preflowers and my imagination?

Plants given more light stay more compact...I think you'd have to do a side by side all the way through to see if there's a real difference, but I'm not sure why the growth spurt when switching to 18/6...could it be a seedling thing I wonder?

hey its mr vapedog:thumb:long time brother glad to see you! well my gf spiffy had some trouble with some clones in her grow a while back they too started flowering under glr i chocked it off as possibly unstable genetics, we put her on 18/6 got them on track and moved fwd, making a mental note of it, as for my recent observation, i would agree with you except it was the entire tent clones, lings and were talking multiple strains all doing the same thing, i have decided that in the near future im going to run a test, setting it up with all things exactly the same save for the light cycle, , i want to get to the bottom of it for myself, i veg with a 312 watt t5 4foot 6 lamp light so an extra 5 hours of juice wont be noticed on my power bill and want fast growth more than an extra 4$ a month lol i do hope i can contine using glr, but it sucked watching in particular the 2 clones sit there barly growing, i was blaming it on soil and that im used to the rate you get in coco, im posting some new pics in a few min, i compared the difference with the last 3 photo sessions and i can see a big jump from last to new easily! ,thanks for chiming in vape, got me thinking on stuff:thumb:

OK heres some update pics i'll start with the kids room, the babies finally started growing after i changed the light to 18/6 for some reason glr was not cutting it, the bigger clones chemdog and wwxbb made a noticeable leap too, in fact one burned her fingers touching the light,

meet the twins cream caramel autos these seeds were from self pollination, that occurred when i let their mother go after harvest and was treated with colloidal silver ,so self feminized seeds, they are showing girly parts at the 5th 4th node and by the time they were 15 days old from seed, i have decided i love autos, and will start an auto breeding program, up till now i was just experimenting,to see how easily they carry over the trait,

heres one of the widow bomb reg seed, the only one that could be male im kinda hoping it is so i can use it for breeding, but i'll be happy either way,
and then a few shots of the flower tent, the big girls are 22.3 days in 12/12, and the smaller ones are 44.2 ,13.2 and 7.8 respectively

ok thats it for today im pretty impressed with the amount of flowers on the big girls for only 22 days, a nice perk of glr, temps are holding good with both lights, not bad for non vented reflectors, a 4 inch extractor and over1100 watts!:thumb:

Medicated late night musings;
:Hookah:

If glr worked and you seemed happy with it, and then you noticed it was losing its benefits, what else has changed? Are the outside temps or pressure systems over-riding the 1hr anti-siesta? As the seasons change are you considering re-introducing glr?

Sorry about the long silence broken by so many questions, I use glr and a big fan for obvious financial reasons and I'm not sure I would notice the decreasing benefits and onset of detrimental effects.

Enjoying following this journal as much as the last, love the videos, you have a soothing voice! (on the voice over anyway)
