It's totally possible. The calcium will increase tilth by arresting magnesium, so that causes a nitrogen rush, as well as increased tilth means increased oxygen, unless you overwater, which by the look of your grows isn't an issue, so that increased oxygen will explode your microbial population as well as increase nutrient availability.
On top of all that, calcium is a strong electrolyte, so it increases the amount of electricity in the soil, and microbes, just like humans, run on electricity, so by increasing the soil EC you again increase microbial action.
The end result is you release any locked up nitrogen back to availability as well as increasing microbial activity across the board so everything is more available.
So if you had a bunch of something in your soil, for example nitrogen, and you showed a nitro def as it was all locked out, so you added more nitro but it didn't fix the problem as it got locked out too, and then you add calcium to fix it, you get a nitro overdose.
Add increased oxygen and that could occur with any nute as O2 needs to be attached to the nute in order for the plant to recognize it as food, so if you added any extra anything, then add calcium, it all becomes available at once and you can get an unbalanced pot.
Whenever you see a deficiency starting in LOS the 1st thing you should do is a brix test to see how your calcium is. If it's low, fix that 1st and see if the issue resolves itself.
