I doubt if it was a 100% rudy and I'm sure that there was no ill intent on the part of the supplier. I'd say it was just a rogue with a rudy dominance. But I do always like to think the best of everyone first until shown the error of my ways.

Heat can cause sparse airy buds like that too.

I've grown outdoors in Australia where the temps regular exceed 40 C (104 F) and I've never seen anything quite like that before.

Ive grown outdoors too in high heat and humidity and plants were fine but i grew a green crack the was real airy and i trashed it once it was chopped.

I'm checking temps in my small grow room. It's approximately 5ft X 5ft X 5 ft. Runs around 70 degrees F. Do I need extra heat.?

Nope that is a perfect temperature to grow in!!! Are you checking the humidity also?

No I haven't been, I'll need to get a RH meter. Seeds just outa the soil a couple days ago.
