When they say members all around the world they meant around this world not Round as a ball but Around the world!!!! I know it not for everyone!!! It makes no sense to me how we can't see the curvature of the Earth !!!! I live in SoCal I can see San Clemente island that is 69 miles away!!!! Now by all means at 69 miles the Earth Curvature should be around 1600 feet but yet I can see the shore of San Clemente island with a pair of binoculars!!! But do to the curvature of the earth at 1 mile square X 8" for every mile you look out the Earth drops away from you at the rate !!! So at 1 mile it is
8" x (1mile)squared = 8" of drop at 1 mile
8" x (2mile)squared = 32" of drop at 2 miles
And so on so forth till you get to
8" x (69miles)squared =
8" x(69x69) 4671 = 38088" divide into feet 12
3,784 feet below the curvature of the earth
Now the tallest mountain on San Clemente is around 1400ft high so The whole island should be around 2300 feet below the curvature of the Earth but yet I can still see the whole island why is this? And don't tell me refraction or reflection or a mirage cause I have a boat and I have taken off the shore and gone rite for the island and it doesn't flip or disappear it just slowly gets bigger as you approach it !!!! So it's no Margie or reflective anything!!!!!! Omg I've lost my mind again !!!!!!! Damn it !!!!!!

Light bends and conforms to the forces of gravity, to an extent. That's why you can see a solar eclipse, the light bends around the moon.

There's a diminishing point though. If you got the most powerful telescope you could find, like one you could see craters on the moon with like they were in front of your face, and you wouldn't be able to see Japan with it across the Pacific.

Now, as for the moon, you guys realize there's a retro-reflector we bounce laser beams off of to measure the distance and orbit of it right? I guess we could have put it there in between golf, but I'm thinking the '69 walk was still legit.

You are rite you can't see Japan and that's because of air density and condensation the air is just too thick to see that distance!! Now the higher you go the farther you can see!!! As for the moon walk you will never convince me that it's real!!! The only few moon walk there was where done all in the same area of the moon!!! When we took off from the moon in the lunar capsule how did the camera fallow the lander off the moon it fallows take off perfectly did we leave someone on the moon to film it? Reflector on the moon !!! There's a mirror at the bottom of my pool enjoy!! J/k everyone has a opinion that's what's so great all stoners though lol

The moon landing bugs me because there's literally a reflector that anyone with a powerful enough laser can bounce a beam off of, and it's sitting on the surface of the moon. It had to have got there somehow. I suppose every scientist that's ever bounced a laser off of it is just also part of the cover-up, but I mean, this has become a thing where literally any student at a university, or just any guy smart enough to aim a laser ( and able to afford one ) can do it. We had to have got up there to install it. But, that's the thing, it still doesn't really prove the '69 moonwalk happened.

And yeah, didn't think about the air density, but this principle works with other things as well, such as wireless signals. In the Asian Pacific, a lot of those islands get their internet (and there's even some experiments with wireless power being done) and in order to beam the signals over they have to take into account the curvature of the earth.

Oh, another neat example is target shooting. If you take a shot out past 1000 yards, it may appear that your cross-hair is right where the point of impact should be, but in reality that light has bent over the curvature of the earth and the point of impact will actually be lower than your point of aim. They make scopes that correct this for people shooting those distances.

Opinions are cool and all, but seriously man, if you look up some of this stuff you'll be able to find the science behind it. It goes from opinion to fact pretty fast. Seriously, if we didn't have scientific principles describing the curvature of the Earth, allowing us to create mathematical formulas to compensate, GPS wouldn't even work. But hey man I'm not trying to tell you what's what, I just think most of this stuff is more interesting than the idea the Earth is flat.

Now, UFOs and Bigfoot, that's some stuff they can't explain. Also the FBI killed MLK.

And the CONSPIRACY THEORY is that the horizontal plane is...purposely polluted by Governments to obscure line of view?
