Is this a possible nutrient build up in the Coco since I haven't watered to runoff? And if so should I do a distilled water flush?

Bingo mate. That's exactly why and how to fix it.
ALWAYS water to run off and don't let the pot dry out between waterings. That s for soil growers. Feeding like that in coco can give you all sorts of dramas and ph problems. Someone said you were over watering there too. That s a myth that soil growers tell each other cos they don't have enough aireation in their media. If water had anything to do with it then Dwc wouldn't exist. You'd have to really try hard to drown a plant in coco. Trust me, I have tried. Got 3 coco plants right now that sit in 5 inches of water all day every day and I give them 5L a day. They love it!
You're feeding the right strength though and they're doing well. Just get the watering sorted out and you're golden.
