Amy Im always delighted to read that which you are willing to share with us.

Geez Louise I wouldn't want you (or anyone) to feel any obligation or pressure or stress to meet some undefined standard for content or frequency of updates.

:love::hugs::hugs: :love:

Oh - I wasn’t meaning to imply that at all! I’m not sure how I gave that impression - then internet is weird sometimes :D

I do it because I love it and I need and value the grow support, and the wonderfull connections now...

Was only mentioning it in case I’d missed anyone arriving.

I know I’m the hostess with the mostesst regardless of whether I can get up to answer the door!
:high-five:

I no longer have any sense of obligation about updating. Early on folks told me to make sure to keep it regular etc, and in the same day of the week... this can be great. Many of us used to hang on sue’s Friday night updates :popcorn:. But more recently I’ve decided that kind of effort for consistency doesn’t suit me and my updates will come randomly when I feel like it (am able), have something to share (which is probably a lot ;)) or need help (which will also be a lot!).

I know y’all won’t mind either way. And if ya do then you’re prolly in the wrong place. :thumb:;)

We were supposed to have a dry summer... so they said. I realise is often the fear mongerers who want to denude the forests who perpetrate these myths in the lead up to summer. “50% chance of the worst fire season ever” etc. when really, you could prob’ly day that every year! Upshot of all that is that I really wasn’t expecting all this rain!!! :eek:
Our water tanks are full. We’re good for a while thanks :battingeyelashes: it can stop raining and let my plants dry out a bit please. :Namaste:

Wow I feel special, I know Amy the Gardner of Eden! I just wanted to say that I really enjoy the way you grow Amy! I feel like we have a similar mentality in terms of growing. I think I've changed from a mostly indoor grower to an outdoor one over the last few seasons. Now I feel like I only use my grow tent to find strains that I want to grow outside the following spring. The WW looks real strong, do you always put that much perlite on the top soil or was that for the fungus gnats? If it was for the gnats, did it help? Curious because from time to time I pick up a bag of dirt infested with the larvae.

:thumb: it’s actually gnatnix, similar but different to perlite - made especially for gnat battling!

I did everything organic known to humankind and the situation has certainly improved, almost sorted even. The gnatnix was definitely helpful in stopping the cycle. It blocks access and apparently stops them getting out when they’re developed.

Also recommended Bti powder - which you can get in mosquito dunks. It kills the larvae without harming anything else.

And Welcome to my personal Eden, 209!:welcome::circle-of-love::passitleft:
Thankyou for saying so, :high-five: and I agree with what you said. I plan to use my tent to grow some long flowering sativas I can’t grow outside. :)

I’m super tired and very stoned on my nighttime dose... so I hope that made sense...:battingeyelashes:
Nighty night :Namaste:
