Alaskan1's Flo n Gro Mixed Bag Grow

Hows your clones doing in your new clone machine? Mine not so good, not dead, not dried out looking but starting to yellow and no roots yet. The pump I put in it I believe is way to big (mag 5) and creates to much heat for a bucket. I'm wishing I had a chiller that I could utilize as needed. Thinking maybe I'll order one before the weekend.

Clones are looking good and I was white roots JUST starting to peek out
You know, you could always get some 16 oz pop bottles and fill them with water and freeze them. A lot cheaper ya know :) Just throw them in when needed.

ok, I finished my second light baffle yesterday. Smallz, the first picture is for you buddy

Second picture is the baffle installed outside the tent

This picture shows the vent from the baffle inside the tent. With these baffles installed them temp has dropped in both my tents when closed.

Got myself some night light ratchets :)

Also picked up some indoor outdoor temp and RH meters for the tent. Always hate peeking in the tent just to see what the temp inside is

Oh yea, a bit more info. Changed the res water on the Flo n Gro today. Upped the nutes to 3/4 of what technoflora suggested. This time did not add any H202 or Orca to the grow. PPMs were at 1210.
PPMs were high so I was out of calibration solution. Ran to the Hydro store and got some right as they were closing. Came back and found my metter to be almost 300 PPMs off. I think "someone" was playing with the adjustment knob lol

yea its deffinately not nute burn if you only been topping with water. thats deffinately a defiency. i'm not 100% sure but your plants lacking something in the N-P-K ratio. i'm going to research a little. i;d like to know for myself inc ase i run into that

At ths moment I have no idea. I backed off the nutes and added some Orca to the mix. That Orca really made my current grow in veg turn green as crap!

could be.

Well, from the pictures it's either Phosphorous or Potassium deficiency. If it's Phosphorous I have that base covered twice with the BC Bloom and Awesome Blossom that I have already put in with the new nutes I added tonight. If it's Potassium then that requires some kelp which I have in some thrive alive green from technoflora. I will check the plant in the am and add a tad of that to the mix as well.
I will be checking the PH twice a day now to make sure it doesn't get too far out of hand.

Thanks for your help Bass!

ya, has me thinking it's not so much from lack of in the nutrients but more from ph lockout. Just make sure ph stays where it should be so it doesnt lock out either.

Hmmm... I don't know if I've had any that look quite like that - at least not more than a leaf or two... Sorry, I wish I could say definitively. If I had to guess it looks like it would be a potassium deficiency.

Try this link if you haven't to help diagnose:

Plant Abuse Chart

This is an interesting chart, that sometimes I find helpful:

Hey A1, sorry to hear about the Head Cheese man that sucks, I hope you can get it sorted out. I'm kinda thinking that it's a PH lockout hard to say as I'm pretty new to hydro(2nd grow)

I have the vape rollin right now sending the Head Cheese some positive vibes :Hookah:

Thanks for thinking of me when you built your second light trap looks awesome:thumb:
